I left Fuse to die just to see what would happen. Am I a bad person?

Ok now for the last 2 months I have come back to SWTOR I didn't mind the F2Pers becus I don't see them often but about a day ago when doin a 4 player heroic on nar shadarr ( hope I spelt that right ) With 2 F2Pers and a sub I was a trooper the F2Pers were consulars the sub was a smuggler ( forgot the ACs) I didnt really notice it till we almost finished that they both did jack all except the occasional heal and needing on everything but I didn't notice it till a nice looking orange heavy armor chest plate came up I needed it both the F2Pers needed it and the sub passed I got the chest but one of them PST me saying *** why did u need that I PST back why u can't use it and it would be more useful to me hen I said that we were about to kill a champ both then quit leaving me and the sub its not really the first time but I didn't bother to notice b4 and now that I look back few understood the game and did pass and greed while the majority did jack all and needed and even harrassing the other group members

Iam a level 17 vanguard and decided to spec for tanking I have read some of the guides on the forums and such but a lot of the abilities I don't understand because I don't have them yet and iam new to tanking so I don't understand some of the concepts so I would really appreciate a few tips
