I also was having same Black Rolling Artifact Problem on Characters with Nvidia GeForce 372.54 driver (not using SLI). Rolling back to earlier Nvidia driver fixed problem.

Please provide option (so we can assign shortcut key) to Toggle All Nameplates On/Off. I know individual Nameplates can be changed in Options, but what we really need is way to easily toggle Nameplates "All On" and "All Off" with single shortcut key.
