Well, I'm posting just because I felt bad for you for two reasons after reading your post. First, because no one else has replied. Second because your post was so difficult to read.

It happened in WoW. It's just that this George character was not clever enough to gives us a fluffed up answer. Instead, he panicked and admitted its because....he's losing subscriptions. Lost subscriptions=lost money. Lost money=lost job security for poor George.
