  1. Cartel Market item Cybernetic Pauldron armor set has low-resolution textures. Please fix it as it is something people are paying real money for.
  2. I think they meant you don't accept pops with low-level players because there is a very high chance it will be Ess/BT, so you decline rather than risk getting locked out for leaving the FP once you're in if someone isn't skipping.
  3. You don't want to sound rude but you do. Basically to the OP it's hard to answer your question about item rating and mods without knowing your current level and item rating, number of alts etc. But you can put your Malgus gear in the outfitter as mentioned and still look badass while reaching 80 and acquiring the gear you need for high-level content.
  4. I find myself agreeing with all of this, although the alliance and commander bother me a lot more than Lana. It's sad that the base game's original class stories were all about this building conflict between two iconic Star Wars factions, a cold war that erupts into an actual war to set up the endgame. Yet at the first sign of trouble Bioware abandoned this. The very first expansion, presumably already in development while the game was still performing well in early 2012, had us fighting... the Hutt Cartel. Then SoR took it one step further by even having Republic and Empire collaborate against another common foe, before we got KotFE. The weird thing about KotFE and KotET is that they have relatively high production value and many hours of single-player content, but Bioware still could not or did not want to figure out a way to make it be about what their game ostensibly set out to be about from the beginning. Lana I can live with, but I actively dislike the "commander", the alliance, Valkorion, Odessen and Zakuul, because even though it is not terrible content in and of itself by any means (actually Valkorion/Tenebrae as a concept, being an immortal galaxy-consuming force ghost with multiple personalities is pretty terrible), but because it deviates so jarringly from the direction this game set out in.
  5. Thanks! Yeah have a few lvl 75 dps toons so I've learned the basics from that end, but one thing that kept me off trying a healer was being a bit intimidated by not fully understanding how threat actually works.
  6. What you're saying might be true but it's not really relevant. So long as it's not happening in every single game or application, it is clearly not a hardware issue but a game issue. There is some sort of input problem or software conflict that causes this, and it is inherent to SWTOR but your mileage may vary. This issue has got me killed in operation boss fights as I try to run away from an AoE attack and the mouse suddenly yanks me in the other direction. So it ranges from irritating inconvenience to total calamity.
  7. Returning player here who is just getting back into healing a bit. I have a basic scenario with two questions surround healing and threat. Scenario: Assume we have a party of 4 and we are currently facing 4 enemies, three of them are regular trash and one is a boss. Assume that every player has 1000 hp. The boss has an AoE attack that does 500 dmg to each player, which he executes. The healer then drops an AoE heal that heals every player for 1000 hp (i.e. overheal). With 50% threat generation this should generate 500 threat. Q1: Does this generate the full 500 threat, or only 250 since half the heal was wasted? Q2: Does this generate any threat on the three trash mobs, since it did not heal any dmg they contributed to?
