I agree with your post except in a group enviornment an infiltration shadow and even balance lacks survivalbility. They aren't even close to on par as a sentinel. They have on demand burst but it seems with 1.2 most classes do now as well. 1v1 infiltration shadows can dominate any class but put in a group setting and if they start getting focused it's game over.

I plan on it as soon as I get the ability. I'm really looking foward to it. If it does anywhere near the damage my shadows execute ability does It's going to be op. I seriously feel a nerfbat coming our way. It may be differenrt at 50 but I feel unstoppable in wz's atm. I feel we have so much much utility it's rediculous. I go back to my 50 shadow and I feel very lackluster. Kinetic is at a good spot right now but our other two tree need some love as far as survivabilty.

Just an update. I got Merciless slash and I've had it for a while now. I've turned my one macro in to two. This is what it looks like. Burn/ focus generator Overload Saber>Riposte>Zealot Strike>Cauterize>Strike Focus Dump macro Merciless Slash> Slash I also use Master Strike but it has it's own button. This helps me to not reapply cauterize if it resets before it expires. I have been able to manage it decently. I have been able to consistently put up an average of 250k in a wz while going for objectives. I have been able to put up over 300k in some with my highest so far being 330k. I am currently lvl 42. All my wz's are pugged so I don't have the back up of a healer or guildies. This may not be as optimal as someone micro managing everything but I've yet to see watchman in my bracket put out the same numbers. I'm not saying they aren't out there all I'm saying is this is very viable. I hope my informations helps others enjoy their class.

I average around 250k in 10-49's atm. I've been able to break 300k. I can't wait until I get to 50 and geared the sky is the limit. I will be wtfpwningomgnerfthatguy people. I look forward to insane numbers, while capturing objectives of course. I like winning more than big numbers.

I'm not bragging. All I'm saying is thing can be done efficiently with a macro. That's it...plain and simple. If you disagree so be it. As far as not having merciless slash you are correct. I will concede for now....not because I agree with you but I don't want the excuse you are not 50. I will return again at 50 and let you know my findings. Ma'at out.

Perhaps.....or another word that could be used is efficient. While you are staring at all of your cd's I will be paying attention to whats going on around me. Alot of you guys are fooling yourselves if you don't think that alot of other people are doing the same. good players do what they can to streamline things and make them a littler easier; thinking about these things and doing them is what sets people apart from the norm's. Commence the 500 responses, "Im the best player on my server and I don't use anything to help me play at all. I'm uber elite."

I plan on using 2 macros at 50. Care to elborate on why you think I will get owned? I'm not understanding the logic here. If you push these buttons manually or in a macro in the same priority how is it any different? Right now I am destroying people 2-3 at a time, albeit I know it's not 50 wz's. I have a 50 shadow. I know what 50 wz's are like and I know I will be competitive. I have every dps ability that I will have at 50 except merciless at the moment. So I'm just curious why this is going to fail so hard?

What is the stat priority for a watchman spec?

I just read that power doesn't affect the oh weapon. If this is true then disregard what I said. I'm still new to the class and I am learning as I go. Seems kinda wierd. Surge nerf. We already have a ton of crit due to abilites. Power doesn't work on the oh. Without parses it seems very confusing.

In the shadow forums it's been shown that for overall damage power is better than even your main stat. So if the main stat formulas are the same accross the board I'd go in this order. Power>Str>Surge>Crit I'm not sure how accuracy plays out as far OH damage so it's hard to tell where that fits in. What is the base hit rate for the OH. Is there a percentage damage reduction for an OH?

To answer someone's earlier post my macro atm looks something like this: Overloadsaber Zealot Strike Riposte Cauterize Slash then the force generating attack I put overload first because I like to cast in mid air after a leap. If I don't have any force then it goes automatically to zealot strike then to overload saber then cauterise. I'm at work atm so I can't look to be sure but this is really close if not the identical macro rotation I use.

If you do this what happens is merciless strike will refresh cauterize so this will be the sequence. Cauterize 1.5 Merciless /refresh cauterize 1.5 Cauterize Therefore you will cut off a cauterise. Since it is a priortity based macro. I haven't reached mericless slash yet so it's not a problem fo me atm. I was going to take some time and look into this and figure out the optimal macro rotation. It may end up being two macros by 50. I have gotten some pm's about this and interest is being shown, so when I get home from work today I will start working on it.

The way mine works is I assign a key press in the order I want it. Say I have I have overload saber as one on my hotbar and cauterize as two. I would record the macro press 1 then 2 and stop recording. I assign the macro to a key on my g13; then when I press that key it is like I pressed 1 then 2 on my keyboard. I can also factor in global cd's into the macro if I want. I can give it an ability delay of 1.5 seconds. So if I press the macro key it will active 1 then 1.5 seconds later press 2. I don't think macro commands in this game work at all.
