I have the same problem as many here do. Can't get past the launcher. Press Play. Nothing happens. Lots of suggestions on what to do have been made. I did check my compatability box. Was unchecked. I can tell you what I will NOT do. I will NOT dowload a bunch of programs just to make your game work. I will NOT mess with Windows defender. I dont have the neccesery skills or know how to do that. I pay for this game. The onus to solve this is not on me. It's on EA. A big corporation that behaves like an indie developer. Release a bug fix or give me my money back. You cant just take my money and then make me fix your misstakes when you screw up. I meet the minimun requirements and more to play this game. This is like going to the store to buy milk. You pay for the milk. But the cashier doesnt give you any milk. Instead you're told you have to milk the cow yourself.

no I pay for this game, I said this is worse than the cheapest f2p game. They should have better defence in place. I expect a refund. How am I to negative? I pay for a service that I don't get, Want my money back, unreasonable?

To much DC atm, servers are crap. Fix it, I and many others only pay to play this game Honestly, I feel like you should pay me back when you can't keep up your end. Is it right to take my money and don't provide an adequate service?

first entry on this post was feb 10th. It's now march 30. The problem is still there. I just noticed it and I searched the problem right away. I was really surprised to see they have known about the problem for so long and yet done nothing. Some of us pay for this game you know. Feels like they're not holding up their end

I pay for this, it's so annoying that I can't log in and I can't call anyone because who should I call? I'm from Sweden, Should I call US? UK? France? Germany? This is bs, you take my money, but you cant help me at all unless I'm logged in. Can I get my money back? Because your services suck.

I must say I am unhappy about the upcoming ops changes. You've got it all wrong, you mix something fairly good with something extremly bad. The good part is the changes to group finder. That seems like a good idea. Will make it easier to pug an ops (not that it's to hard today) The bad and worst thing off all is that all players will be bolstered, removing the need for end-game gear. So what's the point of playing then? Myself and many others have spent along while collecting gear. It was challenging and fun. As a proper game should be. By eliminating the need for good gear, you reduce the sm ops to mere tactical flashpoints (if not easier even) Seems to me that players that like playing in a guild and enjoy a good challenge get's ignored Instead the foucus will be at the solo unskilled player. After all, how will an unskilled player become skilled when it's to easy to do everything. This is the worst change to PvE I've ever read about. Me with many others consider stop subbing if this game becomes a noob easy game like proposed
