When I look at the MM parses on average it's fluffing classes (Carnage Marauder and Dot spread classes) when there is adds and whatever classes that have an advantage on single boss (moving or not, whatever mechanics avoidable by a class, etc)

Sure looks like it http://parsely.io/parser/leaderboard Jugg is far from top class I agree that the Dps check are thight, but it is the point of a dps check, they are still doable. My group continue to progress in Master mode. The elusive "Target dps" is too low for the range specs and some melee (Concealment and maybe advance prototype and rage jugg), But all Mara specs are in a great place right now.

You can gain Unassembled component by doing Pvp or unassembled gear pieces in Ops, and you'll be able to purchase your gear in the supply section of the fleet. Or trought Galactic Command (You gain Cxp by doing content past level 70) and pray RNGsus to be lucky.
