I understand that the IM to the two other targets does little to add to the burst. However if your dps'ing a healer and you dot the tank too or you want to set up your next target if you believe your current is getting low. If you just got your free rail shot and TD is on CD you have little burst left and i don't believe you are sacrificing much burst for the surrounding dots. Also putting IM on multiple people does help a great deal during 1v2's and 1v3's.

So anyone else been getting bigger numbers in 2.4 with pyro? http://i43.tinypic.com/143zw43.jpg I've been using the IM>TD>RS>Unload>RS then dotting 2 more enemies with IM then switching back to focus target with 1 or 2 PS then RS>TD>IM>Unload>RS. With the obvious rapid shots to keep the heat down. Since 2.4 i am having a much better time controlling heat but this tree is still pretty useless for arenas IMO. What are your thoughts on the rotation? Not including FM and DFA which are situational.

I never back pedal when getting attacked by a melee or when i need to escape. However i will backpedal to line up a knockback or to LOS around a small object. Also with dart, i realize its trash damage however i do like to use it on someone who has a CD about to expire, (GBTF, BUBBLE, REFLECT) and if i see a cluster of enemies i will use it before fusion missile and DFA just to get all those lovely yellow numbers. And also when im just gonna pass by a low priority target and dont want to cast anything or waste heat. However since i have you in my thread, i was wondering if you have any tips on how to beat vigilance in a duel? benn having a bit of trouble.

Stealthers aren't too much of a threat at all, ESPECIALLY when you get lucky with your scan. In Arsenal you have a fair few ways to combat them. 1. I always use a knock back as soon as they open. 2. Save your net till they have used shroud and you usually can finish them with it and it will prevent them from sap/ self healing on you. 3. have stealth scan keybound. (this ability makes you the stealthers worst night mare if your quick enough to catch them. Assassin tanks are the trickiest to 1v1 cause they can outlast your burst and net. and pretty much can always eventually sap and heal themselves in a duel against you. Operatives are super easy to beat in 1v1's. No shroud and get ****ed over by your net. At 55 the biggest threats are vigilance guardians. I'm not that great at 1v1'ing them. and honestly haven't learned the trick to winning against a skilled one. (I believe they are the counter to arsenal Mercs) Also at 55 AP PT's are pretty hard to beat in a duel. Only thing i found that works well is save your hard stun for their overides. And stay out of the range of their shoulder cannon at all costs. And use your overides as soon as you net them cause that tends to be when they use their pull on you to avoid them taking movement damage from your net. TLDR: Wait for stealth scan and net for stealthers and they will be easy kills. Avoid duels with vigilance and AP (stun them and run away lol)

I enjoy this class a great deal and dont feel it needs too many changes at all. I can comfortably hit 1300dps in games which i think is decent for a class with so much burst. This really is wasted on a PVE server. If you cant get 8 teams to sign up you should DEFINITELY try on the bastion.

Hoping not everyone rolls PT AP if it turns out to be the new FOTM. Though i doubt it as its a little bit harder then smash and sniper Also in those couple of game with you i tried pretty hard to ninja the killing blow but you didnt add the clip. Great video.

Thought i'd post this video i recently made for some comments and critique I am quite well geared, though i havent started to min/max yet (26% crit 65% surge :/) However i do feel EXTREMELY comfortable with the class and would love to get better. I don't normally throw the net away just like that (i do in easy wins just so i can get the maximum dps output by getting as many nets out per game. I can hit about 1300 dps in a good game where i dont get touched and i want to increase that. However when i do get focused my dps drops due to self healing. Let me know what you guys think.

PVP'rs from all servers are going to bastion though.

All APAC PVP'rs are transferring to this server! This forced merge for APAC is adding 200MS ping to our pvp matches.If we were to move POT5 that would be an extra 100MS ping on top of that so it would be getting far worse. We do not have much in the way of pop to add but we do have 2 well developed ranked teams to add to the already thriving ranked scene of the bastion. I also believe there will be 1 or 2 more teams coming from the PVE APAC server to add to the mix. With APAC already being forcibly merged into the bastion it is unfair to force us into yet another server with even higher ping. Please make the right decision and move your best PVP toon to Bastion. Otherwise you will never be able to lay stake to being the best guild of the game!!!!

I understand your frustration. Last weekend i was playing tera which has high population PVP servers with open world PVP. I was playing on a low lvl character and trying to leave a safe zone across the one bridge that was its exit, and there were about 3 high level players just casting aoe's over it and one hitting anyone who tried to cross the bridge. I got quite frustrated as i needed to get across the bridge to level my character. HOWEVER, THIS IS DIFFERENT. You do not need to go to this area to gear your character. You don't even need it to do the gree event. why not do the other dailys and just not go to the pvp area? When i decide to go do my illum dailys and i see a bunch of enemies at the pylon who would attack me. I JUST DONT DO IT. Either try to do it while everyone else is distracted or just leave. For example when i did it today by myself, kenetix was at the node looking for 1v1's and trying to prevent me from capping. I tried to 1v1 him but i simply couldn't as he had double the expertise that i did. (though i got him low enough to die from my orb explosion ) So i just waited till he was distracted before i went to cap. If there were more people i simply wouldn't be able to cap. TL;DR Its a PVP area not a LVLING/GEARING area. don't like it? GO level yourself and gear yourself elsewhere.

I agree with Jeck and B-ry but i reckon koozie should be added. These three all play a **** ton of classes and can play them extremely well. Few of the people in the top ten just play the one class and their mirror. and if you arent good by valor 100 your probably retarded. Also koozie is the only decent PT/VG to not rage and reroll since 2.0 and play it well, and play the more difficult and now superior spec.
