Something with my comparability and the game did something to every other application on my computer.. I reset my computer last night, removed the game completely and redownloaded it. The tech guy walked me thru all the steps this other guy posted, and it got the game to run, but the compatibility issue was still crazy.. hence the reset, and that’s what worked for me 😭 Now I’m missing a bunch of apps from my computer lol, but I think that’ll be a semi easy fix

Thanks.. I suppose there’s consolation that I’m not alone.. my poor computer.. it’s still resetting. Whatever swtor did reaked havoc on my computer. I’m at a loss.. it messed up the way all applications load.

Couldn’t log on at first, after this latest update.. than I could log on but only to a starting planet. It said it needed to redone load, but it wasn’t downloading. I called support and he walked me thru a few things, but then my comparability is messed up. Everything on my computer screen is magnified. I’ve deleted the game entirely, it didn’t fix anything, so now I’m resetting it.. hoping that will fix issues Does anyone have any advice??

You, sir, are an idiot. One thing that I've noticed, over and over again, that in every single pvp match, the guy that's complaining about how much the team sucks and 'you're all terribads' and etc, is the guy that is 100% of the time down at the bottom when the scores are revealed. So, yeah, keep complaining about how bad others are, you're just another bottom feeder.

The high level pubs on Alderann went and did the same thing to our spaceport, whoopedy doo.. I can't even tell you how many times, as I was leveling, that I got ganked by higher levels, was I on the forums whining and crying about being picked on? No.. I realized that it was a pvp server *gasp* (again) and that things like that happen.. Both sides do it, yours too.. Why not just try to have fun, and enjoy the game? There's a novel idea..

player versus player.. why join if you don't want this? It happens on both sides. lol.. now go cry somewhere else..
