    So I am a returning player, and somehow I am unable to access the ledger history in the game. It tries to open, and I get an error. I like to see everything I purchased, as I did last time I played. Is it a bug?

I also still havent got a response, and I have proof that I bought the 2400, and 450 cartel coins. Can anyone help me get my items back and put it in my collection as I love this set.  

    Howdy, I'm not sure if you are aware, but you can reclaim any item from your collection. It is also available account-wide if you purchase it account-wide. Go to your collection and type in some of the letters of what you purchased, and it will appear. 

    "No Research Bug" for Biochem Purple Medpac

    Hi there!

     

    So I have one toon (my main) that's a Biochemist; and he's deconstructing the Purple Medpacs (that he made, no other characters on my account even has Biochem); to try and get the Gold Recipe.

     

    However even though I do not have the Gold Recipe; it still shows up as "No Research Available" when I try to deconstruct (which would put my chances of getting the recipe at 0).

     

    I tried asking Customer Support and they told me to come here, I reached out to several of my Guilds (on different toons and none of them had the issue); the one answer I found on Google was "If another character creates the item, you can't get research from it"; however this is surely not the issue because the only character on my account that has Biochem is this one!

     

    I did try making new medpacs that I didn't put into the stack (just in case the remaining stacks were bugged) but even the new ones show "No research available" even though I don't have the Gold Recipe.

     

    Please tell me someone here had the issue and can suggest a possible fix? I don't mind using the purples, but I was hoping to use the reuseable Gold Items on my Biochem Main lol

     

    Say were you able to get that fix? If so how did it get resolved since I'm in same boat as you and stuck with "No research Available".
