So I am a returning player, and somehow I am unable to access the ledger history in the game. It tries to open, and I get an error. I like to see everything I purchased, as I did last time I played. Is it a bug?

Howdy, I'm not sure if you are aware, but you can reclaim any item from your collection. It is also available account-wide if you purchase it account-wide. Go to your collection and type in some of the letters of what you purchased, and it will appear.

Say were you able to get that fix? If so how did it get resolved since I'm in same boat as you and stuck with "No research Available".

I just stumble on this issue today and stuck it keeps saying "No research available".
