Well, i dont get whats the problem with some ppl. if they add this service, a lot of ppl will be happy. if u dont want to change ur class noone force u to do it. they are sayin about other mmo and stuff.. this is star wars dude . a NEW mmo . it should have some services that other mmo dont have. Also between a rogue and a mage (completely difernet things). Here the Jedi knights for example share same skills/class q and a talent tree. so change from a class as this (guardian--->sentinel) will be more easy to added. change from a guardian into a sage is difficult,and can be compared to the wow example. but think that change between the 2 classes is possible and they are going to add it in some time.nothing will change to ur gameplay if u dont want to change so whats the big deal. It will be an optional payment service.
