The Rishi ones were nothing they just took farming time which was easily done while doing dailies or the planetary arc. On Makeb however the massive run back if you mess up was greatly annoying and frustrating
Bioware created the game and can put their name and logo anywhere they like. If you don't like it there are other fine mmo's out there that you might enjoy.
ME, and Dragon age weren't that good imo so not much of a comparison. Funny how not everyone likes them same stuff isn't it?
You know there is a whole world that isn't on East Coast time?
For the west coast it's in the middle of the day in Europe it's in the middle of the night. Looks like you picked the wrong spot to live.
It's not the fire or fire debuff it's the killing blow. Which means you need to put your companion on passive before he dies so your character is the one that lands the killing blow.
Me personally I am just going to wait until they fix it. I am not going to do a work around for a glitch that should never have been released or one that should have been fixed asap when they found out about it.
I don't buy them. I am pretty lucky getting them from drops, missions, and crates.
In fact it's kind of frustrating how many I get in the course of a week.
The tec requires you know how to play your class to successfully complete it.
The problem with the simplified leveling now is not needing to press more than 1 or 2 buttons to get to 65 which doesn't do anyone any favors when it comes to advanced mechanics or gameplay.
I highly suggest reading the class guides over at dulfy
It's going to take more than 1 op to restore bioware's credibility and draw people back. what it needs is a proper xpac with multi-player activities. Ops, 4+ heroics, and bg's would be a start.
Unfortunately right now there isn't.
Since they decided to move away from the mmo format and went to an online single player game format there isn't alot of attraction for someone looking for a mmo to play.
It very well might change when the xpac is released in that fall but really it's anyone's guess.
Every one has their opinion of what's good Dice is an EA owned company which means it is a resource Bioware could tap I to if allowed.
Most players here are here for the story and mmo content and not the pvp.
That's why they have a sub option and spamming a new player right off the bat isn't going to entice them to stay.
I have a better option how about a 2week trial with everything unlocked and get rid of ftp all together
I wouldnt say pointing out what other more successful mmo's have done to attract players and comparing them to swtor isn't a bad thing. Honestly it is something the devs should think about on a daily basis.
