Hi. My brain is currently disengaged unfortunately.

Resolve prevents you from being stunned/mezzed/knocked back once your resolve bar is full. Once it's full, it does not cancel any current CC on you; it prevents more CC from being applied to you. There are several bugs that still allow you to be stunned when resolve is full. They don't happen often though. I'm not sure about slows. I think what's going on is that some slows have such a long duration that they don't fall off while your resolve is full, and it feels like you're being slowed while resolve is full. I can't guarantee that though.

To respond to people saying don't bother healbotting: healing is fine; in fact, it's pretty strong. However, it takes until the mid 30s or even 40+ for some classes before healers start being ridiculous. And yeah, the raid frame bug has been around FOREVER, and it's horribly annoying. I'm sure they're aware of it; hopefully we'll see a fix on the magical/mythical launch day patch.

It can be a little hit or miss (the burst is based on procs), but if stuff starts proccing the burst is absolutely insane.

Level 48+ assassin/shadows.

They're currently/still bugged. Sometimes they decide to update and sometimes they don't. They also like to leave people off and make you try to click the character model. In terms of customizability, they're pretty barebones. You can make them bigger and drag groups around your screen, but that's about it. Also, since I'm sure someone will come in and complain or cheer about it, there is no click to cast and no mouseover healing. Click the frame of the person you want to heal, cast your heal. Rinse and repeat.
