My game loads past launcher and launches game but then doesnt go to my character select and just goes to the servers, and none are listed?

When I search this problem all the threads about it are old. There are no new ones around, and I have tried everything within those threads. I am playing on a compute that is MORE powerfull then my old one when I used to play years ago, and that one played the game fine. When I was around other people after I got done with story mode in that first world you plop into after chapter 8 I don't remember having this lag. The next day when I logged in, I was in that world around other players and it was lagging. There Is a VERY high chance that when this occurred was the day I downloaded 4.0.3, or the day after when there was something else added cause it downloaded some more stuff, maybe hotfixes? Anyone else have this? Anyone know how to fix this?

I have a few questions maybe you guys could help me with. 1-Is there a minmum level of gear needed for story, hard, or nightmare that is set by the game? Like you cant go into any HM without 220, etc? 2-Are the raids harder as you go? Like in sm do the raids get harder as I go through the oldest to newest? 3-Do you basically have to get all or close sm or equivalent gear to do hm, and then same thing all or close hm or equivalent gear to do nm? 4-All story mode drop the same level of gear even if its harder or new? Like if I just needed an sm chest I can get that from any of the sm bosses that drop a chest and stats will be relatively or the same? 5-What level of gear do HM FPs drop and what if any are requirements to go into them, and are those set by just necessity or is it an actual set rating level? Files have been deleted from recycle bin. I deleted part of it so when I wanted to play it wouldnt take as long to get it going again.

So, I deleted some files cause i was playing too much, out of the assets folder. I want to play again, how can I get these back without reinstalling the whole game. Is there a fily verifyer that will find the missing ones and redownload?

The weird thing is they knew about it, and released it to live servers anyway? Like I said on other thread. What does that even mean?

Similiar thing is happening with vanguard pvp gear. How hard can this be to fix? Also, they knew the problem, and still put it onto live servers? What does that even mean?

This is a good idea they need a diff que for grouped people.

No where in the maintenance message does it say 1.3 will be released at that time. Says maintanence FOR 1.3
