Thanks man, I appreciate it. After looking at that chart, I was under the impression that the 7970 was a more powerful card then it's 6990 counterpart. Perhaps I'll wait a while for the 7990, and hope for cheaper costs. The 6990, last I checked was ridiculously expensive.

Yeah, it's a pre built HPE H8-1022. Just bought myself a 1100w power supply, now looking for a card upgrade. Everything else on this machine is mint other than the 6770.

Alright hmm, I've got a slightly noobish question here. If I upgrade to a higher end card, will I need to get a new cooling system? Or is the stock cooling system that came for the 6770 be good enough?

Yup, I'm running an ATI Radeon HD 6770 with Intel Core i7 2600 and 10GB ram. I do run Skyrim on Ultra and Battlefield 3 just fine. I'm having major graphical issues with this game though. Wish they'd fix this game!

Has anyone heard any news for this game? I've heard they've started creating it, then dropped it. Now I've heard they've been starting to create it again, anyone have news on this? Anyone hoping for this?
