If you give the black codex to the minister and erase your memory, do you keep the black codex for yourself? or what happens to it. Also in the revan quest, the former minister says that we will be advise and oversee the new intelligence? independant but with full acess? What does that mean. Will we be leading the intelligence? or not.

What are his major strengths and feats? ALso with the black codex how strong does that make him/her? Is she/he the strongest non force user?
