found a decent method as a 49 Powertech specd for tank. Both guards were pulling as soon as I entered the room. I hit the left one with Electro Dart, then walk backwards, hitting the one of the right with any ranged attack i had as mako healed/dps'd the one of the left. as soon as I could I used grapple to pull the one I was fighting (right side) back farther. using this method, they couldn't heal each other and interrupting the heals was easy.
