  1. I am using the ingame AA, as for me it works fine. Only thing I force through NVIDIA Control Panel is Anti Aliasing - Transparency (multisampling). This gives me much better AA results, especially on grass and trees!
  2. Hello everyone, Not sure if a new thread is needed for this, but I want to make sure that most of us will be able to read and use this information! Like many of us, I have been trying to improve/push the graphics of SW:TOR with the .ini file. I do know that forcing AA with the NVIDIA Control Panel does not work. However, I can confirm that forcing Antialiasing - Transparency (which ismultisampling) does work! However, do not push it to multisampling 4x or 8x without a MONSTER rig. You should consider disabling shadows. They are crap anyway and eat a lot of resources. I had to choose between multisamping 2x or shadows on. I would say that choosing multisampling above shadows gives a much better picture quality! AA now looks like real AA! If someone knows how to do it for AMD cards share it with us! Good luck and let me know if it works for you as well. My system: i7 930 @ 4.0Ghz GTX460 SLI 6GB DDR3@1600 Ameros
  3. the problem is your cpu. wait for your i7 and the game will run better. more ram will also help.
  4. drivers: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx Click on automatically Detect and Install. To be honest with you, you overpaid for that videocard. Especially because the 7950 will be releasing soon. However, it won't matter much for SW:TOR as it ain't that GPU dependent.
