  1. Fair point, however your argument has many flaws, 1. If you're a stealth whore, make it unique side view, so you can see friendly stealths but not enemy, or no stealths at all. 2. Add a 3-5 seconds lag, would NOT be hard, 3-5 seconds + the minimum of 2 seconds on ventrilo or other VoIP style voice chat would mean an 7 second delay removing all advantages.
  2. There are always going to be "QQers" I do agree there needs to be server specific and perhaps and overall ranking system similar to how Blizzard does their WoW Progression Guilds and hey. If Blizzard can do it, Bioware can.. I mean... We have ToR right?
  3. Agree. A debuff to 25% for 10 minutes seems like a fair punishment to me extending by 10 minutes each time someOne deserts each day.
  4. OP: You're a grade A whiny b#$%h, look at it this way... how long exactly does it take you to do an endgame HM FP? Lets go with BT because from the sound of you if I say another acronym you might explode. Lets say including getting a group together on general.. 2 hours? Maybe more? Where's your whiny little thread for that? Actually you know what, I reckon 2ndOP is right. Lets make it if you log on once per day you immediately get a full bank-load of pvp gear.
  5. Fair point, I would assume however that it would be used more often by the Hard Core PVP guilds. Recording strats and tactics etc. Or just an old school "frag vid" Another thing that I thought of, IF this were to be implemented into PVP, there is no reason it couldn't be implemented in to HM FP's as they are phased. Spectators could watch as a guild progresses, learn HOW to run them and that would actually be an advantage to new endgamers.
  6. I'm certain some if not most of you have at one time or another played Counter-Strike. If anyone ever warred, made a frags video or just enjoyed bhopping then you would have at one point or another encountered "HLTV" What do you think the viable chance of a HLTV style capturing option being implemented into PVP? It would work similarly to HLTV in the it only records from x number of angles, we'll use Hutt Ball in this example; Camera 1; Over the top of the Ball Spawn Camera 2; Facing away from Frog-Dog spawn Camera 3; Facing away from Rotworm's spawn Camera 4; Facing towards the left airjets from the left wall Camera 5; Facing towards the right airjets from the right wall The only way I can see something like this working is allowing spectators and either: A) Fixing PVP so that you can choose with battleground you can enter (Which.... in all honesty should have been implemented from the start) or B) Allowing spectators to choose which battleground they enter This would allow clans/guilds/groups of friends to record each other in action. Things like "How do I find the right battleground that my friends are in" is an easy fix, assign each battleground a number, similar to how "The Lottery" works with each draw having a number. "DRAW NUMBER 123 456 789" followed by "DRAW NUMBER 123 456 790" Before a spectator enters a battleground the are prompted with a pop-up requesting the specific number. I'm not sure whether the sheer VOLUME of players would effect the battleground's possibility of ToRTV (I know... original name) being used but I think it would be a good addition to a game that, after the million and one little mess ups are fixed, would be a great game. ^_^ - Cheers - Liam EDIT: Should add that the recording would go directly the the "Spectator's" computer into a predesignated recording folded eg C:\Program Files\SWtOR Was Here\Videos Go Here\Kataangwinspvpagain.avi
