All the info here is great. Another thing I would like to add is Datacrons....
Make sure you get all the Aim, Cunning, Endurance, and the Fleet datacrons. Those will help your stats quite a bit as well. My gear is mostly power/alacrity with my ear/implants power surge.

There's nothing to "be careful" about. Their scores are right there on the guild roster for everyone to see. Most guilds consider a membership a trial for several weeks anyway so if you do nothing, you'll be out.
I have encountered a bug where the conquest points in the guild tab are not the points the user actually has. One of my guildies racked up over 100k points but the guild tab only showed about 40k. I earned 75k and the tab showed me with only 25k. So there is something to be careful of. Two weeks ago I hit 35k in a day, but the tab showed 0 for about 3 days

The Harbinger issues have gotten worse. Many believe its due to the population. Harbinger welcomed many servers like DPB in the second merger, then again with the ausie servers. The system is bogged down with all the people. I think a good solution would be to have a second pve server. Give free legacy transfers to some groups who volunteer and aid GM's in the transfer of guilds with banks and flagships. I don't know what the exact population is, but the issues did start after the transfers.

i think the "cannon" is figurative. He is assuming the server issues the past 4-5 days are because of hackers and the fact that the server has crashed 3 or 4 times in a short period. Its like hackers deployed an arsenal of cannon balls on the west coast servers.

Yes we lost a day, but EVERYONE on this server lost the same amount of time. Its a short week for everyone.

Scorpio, HK, T7, ship droids...I never thought of it, but that is a great idea. I would go one step further than have the droid parts be a specific slot (head, hands, feet, etc) so one could use the coms for gear instead of having to craft an armoring.

You are lucky... GM went to change ours and it got deleted after he confirmed the new name we wanted as voted on by the guild. Ticket sent, but still sucks because we invested so much into it

The location is a couple blocks from the light rail so if you stay at the airport you have a straight shot to the tour

(happy dance!) I just booked my room and am pleased that the hotel is about 2 blocks off the light rail so those staying by the airport can have a straight shot to the tour stop

Yeah, the Garage was definitely too small of a venue, especially considering this particular Cantina Tour is scheduled around a major gaming convention.
No gripes about the service there, the Garage just didn't have enough capacity to handle what Bioware was throwing at it.
The servers there were awesome. They knew how to pour to get tips.

I hope it is not at the Garage again. It was bad that we were separated into 3 different groups and once inside you couldn't hardly hear anything. I hope this year is in a bigger area with better acoustics.

I do hope this rumour is true as there wasn't such an event at the last PAX (or it was hiding really well)....
That being said, I'd like to remind the out-of-towners that weekend has PAX at the Convention Center and the larger Folklife at the Seattle Center. All hotel rooms for Labor Day weekend have been reserved weeks ago, especially the discount ones. Staying at SeaTac hotel and using the light rail is a good idea.

There was a Cantina tour stop in seattle last year. This is not put on by pax, its a BW event. It was at the Garage last year. The info for the tour stop last year was available about a month before the night of the event. The issue is I can only budget one night in seattle and need to know what day they are holding it. That way i can sleep off the impending hangover i will get from partying it up with fellow swtor players.

I was just looking at rooms even though I am only 20 mins away from DT, they are like 450 a night. Dang you PAX!!!!!!!
Can't wait to meet new people (hoping that it still happens).
Last year we stayed at a hotel around sea-tac airport. There was a light rail train that went straight to downtown and was only about a half mile or less from the garage. Might have to stay there again:(

Unfortunately you will already be snubbed from PAX, most hotels over here are already booked up for PAX. And if they aren't they are THROUGH THE ROOF pricing.
I just want to get a hotel room for the night of the cantina tour. I leave my house the morning of the tour, get to my hotel, get ready for an evening with fellow gamers, party with the community crew, walk/bus back to the hotel to sleep and leave the following day.
Not to demean PAX, but frack pax. Gimme my cantina tour.

I made a post about this issue a few days ago. I went back and checked the announcement dates versus event dates of the events that already happened http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=723444&highlight=tour Other than the Atlanta cantina stop, all of the other events up to and including Germany have had about a month notice. Not very happy at the moment about the community team's timing and lack of communication about the issue. Even if they came out right meow and say they are having issues booking a place I would be happy.

Pax Prime is sold out. Looks like you can't even get in at this point.
I'm not going to Pax. I will be going to Seattle just for the Cantina tour. I just don't want to end up staying in Everett or some other place that is not Seattle.

All the other cantina tours have had a month or more advance notice. Pax Prime is a major event and hotels are booking up fast. I am going to Seattle just for the Cantina tour. We need details please.

Too much time is happening between patches and I haven't seen a server restart unless chat and mail is down on a server. You guys should go back to weekly patches fixing even the smallest bugs and restart the servers more often and not only when someone breaks Harbinger.

Also having the lag issue with KDY as well. Sometimes i also get this spike when doing missions on a low lvl toon.
From what others on my server have said, its only spiky because everyone is doing it. I however believe its an in game issue not just based on population. I can go play another MMORPG and not have this issue

Many times I will spend 15 minutes looking at guild rosters and cleaning house, comparing items, looking through my achievements and get force logged even though I am clicking on items and such. Please make it so mouse clicks and scrolls register as being at your keyboard. Sometimes I am standing around waiting for my group to start pulling and I take the time to look at the other players gear or rearranging ops frames. I get timed out.
Please fix this

Dulfy has a map of the fungus areas. if its not there when you get there, wait about 5 mins. they have a quick respawn

Coming from the person that asked you 2 years in a row about Harbinger's issues at the Seattle Cantina Tour, it doesn't seem like anything is being done. I can understand the issues if its another hack attack, but it would be nice to know. If it is not an attack, is it server population? I noticed that east coast has 2 pve servers while west coast only has one. Could some of the stability issues be alleviated by adding a second pve server on the west coast?
