Ah thanx guys, i used the fleet pass..... good to know for the future

I beat Angral. Got my legacy thing. Now my class quest says to go to fleet and rest. What am I missing? Do I just go to balmorra on my own?

So im lvl 29 now what should i be doing with my commendations? should i max out my mercenary badges and get a champion bag still? i dont have a 50 yet and dont want to waste my commendations on useless stuff.
