Hey guys and gals... I'd like to join your guild and help it grow. I applied at your website, and will try to make contact in game as well. Currently I have a level 50 Lightning Sorc that is in a mix of Columi/Rakata gear. I have done EV and KP Story and Hardmode, but that is it. I stopped playing in Feb, and just recently started back up. I think as long as you continue to raid in the evenings I can meet any schedule... I work Tues, Fri, and Sat 6am to 8pm est and usually get home around 9pm est.... Looking forward to speaking with you all in game... Molrune

Is it different than with a Marauder? Cause I just trained it at 18, may have gotten before, dunno I only train every 3-4 levels. It's pretty useless anyway though. by the time I'm that close, shout is so much better. I only use throw if I"m in pvp and someone is running from me, and shout is on CD. Really disappointed in s-throw.

That's ok. Didn't take it personal. Just doing the same. I dunno what max dps says. Ele was my main, so it's more experience, and Elitistjerks.com studying theory craft on it. It might be just because I played Ele for so many years that the Aclarity seems like the same playstyle. I dunno. Your right though, fun > right. I love the 0.6 sec lightning spammage! lol

Willpower is on every Sorc piece of gear, I just considered that a given. Aclarity from exp, is much better than crit and surge. Ya wanna reference Wow; think Elemental Shaman: Haste over Crit. Same concept.

You want to start out with your Affliction dot so you can get your proc chance going. Then lightning until all your stacks are up. Crushing Darkness after that. Chain light when storm is active, Force lightning when barrage proc. Not sure what level you train the different skills anymore, I pretty much level'd over a weekend. Then....Slept a lot.. Go with Force>Aclarity>crit>surge and you'll do fine.

I had no problem with it, finished my story line at 46, and pvp'd until 50.

I don't see why people have a hard time with such a simple concept. PVE Epics should not be handed out. Raiding epics should come from raiding, PVP epics from PvP'n. Neither from dailies. I bet all those people trolling around saying that Raiders shouldn't be upset would have a much different outlook if they gave away PVP top tier for running around face-rolling a few mobs everyday, and then crushing them in WZ's. I agree raiding should be fun with friends. I also think that if you don't put in the time and effort, you should\t get the reward. Give the non pvp, non raiders some social gear. That's what they are. social players.

Not sure, mine isn't going to change at all. Prioritizing Force > Aclarity > Crit > Surge. Mind Crush, Afflict, lightning until 3 stack of damage buff, Thunder, lightning some more, and force lightning whenever it procs for fast cast. Fill in with shock, and lightning. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201hZfsr0doRutzZcM0M.1 Lightning pretty much bread and butter for that spec. Boosts your damage, and casts at 1.0 - .8 sec. Always keeping Mind C, affliction, and Polarity on CD. Lightning also renews your Force, so ya never really run out. Even if you self heal, and off heal a lot. You can heal until oom, and then cast lightning, and never wait on force. Keeps your dps on par with the rest of the classes easily, and your a very viable off healer for whenever it's needed.

I tend to read more than I play games. That's just me though. The books I posted previously however, I've never actually read. I listened to them. Audiobooks; great for fallen asleep to, or cleaning house to.

Been using this, gonna stick with it. Prioritizing Aclarity instead of Crit/Surge. Forked lighting procs so much that it looks like a constant stream of Force lightning. 1 sec casts, all the way down to .8 sec casts with polarity. And chain lightning instant procs enough to have great manuverability if you use it right. dot and instant cast chain light while moveing, melt face when not.
