  1. If they add my idea, I really hope they might add a "Call for Reinforcements" mechanic. If your under siege you can have an allie come to help you, or a offer a sum of payment to an other guild, and hire them as Mercenairies to help you out.
  2. I like this idea as well. Darth Raltore approves
  3. Pretty much what I was thinking. But I had hopes for more of a World PVP, then a Warzone. Like unexplored space, where you can gather resources, or such for your guild.
  4. My original idea was more of a tower defense type game. Or similar to City of Hero's Guild Base PVP. Defending Guildmembers fight to keep the attackers away from the ship's command deck. To keep them from getting there, they customize mazes, traps, rancors, droids, etc.
  5. Essentially, yes haha. I wanted to make an idea that was space combat, in a star wars last conflict, fight until the end, way. yes, by crew I meant guildmembers, I'll make that more clear haha
  6. shameless self bump... i dont know if anyone can see this. Forums been acting screwy.
  7. The way this would work, is guilds control large starships. I'm gonna use the Empire as an example. A guild buys and customizes a large Star Destroyer, combat would be based around one player controlling the large ship, and the other guildmembers control smaller vessels and protect the main star destroyer. Now the way space combat will play out, its going to be about disabling enemy guild starships. NOT destroying them. You disable the enemy ship, and then your guildmembers board the enemy ship to wipe out the enemy guilds members. The inside of the large Guild Starships, are completely customizable. The Guild Leader, or Officers, edit the ship with turret rooms, droid rooms, rancor pens, etc. Once you take control of an enemy guild ship, you can steal resources, parts for your own ship, etc. While two starships are "in conflict" they cannot be attacked by outsider ships. Only allied guilds can join in the raid of another's ship, and even then, you have to request help, they can't just waltz in and steal loot. (in a lore standpoint, they don't have clearance to engage in the fight.)
  8. 6/10 Makes me think of the Duke Ellington from Dune. My Marauder's name is Darth Raltore
  9. I don't have this problem. Most of my binds are to ctrl. So not everyone suffers from this bug.
  10. I play evil characters because they generally look cooler and have a richer plot, than the Good-Guy characters. In real life, I'm a very easy going, gentle giant. With most of my characters I make choices in a case by case basis. I also feel the same sickness inside when I make evil choices, but I love the dark + twisted and plotlines that Darkside brings up. I haven't played a Republic Character for this reason. I mean, how dark and twisted can their story-lines really be?
  11. I mean really. Why not? Reduce all Cover Abilities' damage, and when your in cover it increases the damage to the current amount. I think this would fix a lot of issues with Sniper. Give us some mobility, and make us not completely rely on if "cover suddenly decides to work."
  12. I came up with some well thought out enhancements for prototype to bring them back up to par with the rest of the trees. All these changes would be mirrored to the respected mirror class, Vanguard. =Updates= <Ability Changes> -Flame Thrower: Retains its cone, but works like Unload and automaticly locks on and follows your target. <Passive Changes> -Flame Barrage: Flame burst has a 15% chance and Retractable Blade has a 30% of making your next rocket punch free and drain 8 heat and reset the cool down of Immolate. -Serrated Blades: Increases the damage dealt by Retractable Blade and its bleed effect by [5 / 10 / 15]% and gives a [10/20/30%] chance to cause 505 internal damage every time the affected foe uses an ability while under the effects of the bleed. -Prototype Flame Thrower: Flame Burst and Flame Sweep have a [50 / 100]% chance to grant Prototype Flame Thrower, increasing the damage dealt by your next Flame Thrower by 10% and causes the main target to be immobilized for 1 second per stack. Stacks up to 5 times.
  13. Pyrotech feels like butter whats you get used to it. Has great dmg and great utility. Prototype is the worst spec you can choose, and feels like your wrapped in a straight jacket while fighting. (not enough dmg and inferior to the other trees) Shieldtech is if you never want to die, and you want a lot of utility. Damage is good, not as great as Pyrotech, but insanely better than Prototype.
  14. Would be fun little minigame. Fallen Earth was the first MMO to have ingame slots and blackjack. And it worked pretty well. (later it was removed for awhile, due to people cheating the system)
