Did you replay some of the early KOTFE chapters? This happened to me after doing the first couple master chapters. Supposedly, there is a fix coming SoonTM, but in the meantime what worked for me is to start Chapter VIII (Taking Flight I think it’s called) and exit to fleet as soon as you get past the cutscenes/dialog at the beginning. T7 is your default companion at the start of the chapter, and this seems to fix it. But, be warned, if you go ahead and finish the chapter, he might be unavailable again. You can always just repeat the procedure (I’ve done it a couple times now), but it’s annoying.

Recruiting for 5.0 and beyond! We’re a Real Life First, PvE focused guild, and we are always looking for new members to join our community – new players, veteran players, and everyone in between. We’re not a hardcore guild – fun is always the number one priority, and we run on a casual schedule – but we do like to get stuff done. We currently have 2 formal raid teams that will be running HM/NiM . . . er, Veteran and Master operations once we’re all regeared in 5.0. Outside of the teams, once 5.0 hits we’ll be running open-sign up Storymode ops and/or Uprisings to level/gear up. This is a great opportunity for new players to do the same while learning the ropes of Operations. And who knows – perhaps a new raid team might emerge as we go. So, if you’re a new or returning player interested in group content, or an experienced, laid-back raider looking for a new home, come join us! If you’re primarily a solo player just looking for a place to hang your hat, you’re more than welcome here, too. We offer the usual guild amenities (10% xp bonus, guild ship, Teamspeak, website) and a community of friendly people. Plus, there’s no artificial caste system here of “raiders” and “non-raiders” – if you decide you’d like to try group play, you can do so with us in a no-pressure environment. Hey there, Please check out <Delusions of Grandeur>, website here, recruitment ad here. We might be good fit for you – lots of experienced players willing to help. We’re generally an endgame guild, but with DvL going on, there’s also lots of people doing lowbie FPs and PvP. When you get to endgame, we offer weekly open sign up raids, as well as opportunities to sub in for our progression teams. We’re working on setting up an additional prog team in the near future as well. We’re primarily a Republic guild, but dabble in the dark side as well. PvP-wise, it’s not our focus, and we don’t have a formal team or anything, but lots of us enjoy it and would always rather queue up with guildies than solo. Just a note to say these videos are a great service to the community. I watched the NiM EC tanks guide a few weeks ago (we downed them last week – yay!), and watched some of the other guides, even though I know the fights – they’re kinda fun to watch anyway, and you never know, might find a trick or two even after all this time. I also run an open sign-up raid for our guild that is meant, in part, to introduce new players to Ops, so it’s nice to see how other people explain certain mechanics. Anyway, point is, these are awesome. I was most impressed with the fact that you take the time to do things that resulted in, at minimum, a death, and maybe a wipe in order to illustrate a particular mechanic. That’s the extra mile for sure as opposed to just a kill video.

KOTFE is here! Great time to start raiding, for new, returning, and experienced players. Always looking for more to join us.

Delusional Outlanders! We’re excited for the expansion, and particularly the renewed relevance of some of the old content, where Soa will once again be infernal, and the various Kephesses will be even more Kephessy than ever, and we’re looking for more to join us! Here’s what we’ll be up to as we greet 4.0: Progression Raids: We have three progression teams at the moment, 2 pub side and 1 imp side. We’d love to add to that if there’s interest. Once KotFE is live, we’ll be running through the SM content to re-gear, and then moving back to HM. As to what path that HM raiding will take, who knows! We’ll probably be doing a mix of old and “new” (i.e. Rav & ToS). These teams have set rosters for the moment, but we are frequently in need of subs. Permanent spots do open up from time to time as well when people’s schedules change, etc. Pubside raid times: Tuesday, 7 pm PDT and Saturday, 5 pm PDT. Impside: Thursday, 7pm PDT. Leisure Raids: We also run open sign-up raids. The main time for these is Wednesdays, 7 pm Pacific. With the changes coming in KotFE, these will likely be whatever the highlighted groupfinder op is for that day, although its always up for suggestions/discussion. If you’re new to raiding but want to join in, that’s not a problem – we have experienced raiders who can explain mechanics and a fun-first mindset. This is a great way for new raiders to cut their teeth and for experienced raiders to have some fun, gear alts, etc. Want to learn more?
