What's happening with the Conquest Title for 06/10/2015? When we submitted the ticket, customer services said the developpers would deal with it, but no news since. You had performed a server restart on the previous monday (05/10/2015) that erased the conquest top 10 on our server (Battle Meditation). Our guild (La Source du Pouvoir) had conquered Oricon and we never received the title (although we got the quests reward eventually). So, should we harrass your customer support until they grant the title manually or were your technical teams too busy to deal with it until now, and you'll do a script to grant it to the affected players?

Does the Conquest fix Bioware implemented address the problem of faulty synchronisation of conquest planetary achievements and the list of titles in the Galactic Conqueror Title Success? We conquered Balmora last week, and we did not receive the title, and the title is missing from the list within Galactic Conqueror, presumably because the planetary achievement was already showing up in our legacies achievement. I guess one of your customer services rep managed to mess up the legacies of dozens of our guild members while trying to grant a missing title to someone, but failed to update the Galactic conqueror tracker at the same time. So we have no reason to a quarter of the galaxy now because the titles will not be bestowed thanks to our corrupted legacies achievements. You should make sure your new implementation grants the legacy title, the planetary achievement and updates the galactic conqueror success tracker, if any of those are missing, rather than just grant the planetary achievement and rely on it granting everything.

I've noticed another wierd thing since yesterday's launcher update and server downtime: I'm now at 500/1000 on planetary conquest achievements, despite having never conquered half those planets. The Balmora, Taris, Quesh, Rishi and Yavin achievements have been fulfilled somehow. Obviously, I haven't received the corresponding planetary conquest titles, since our guild never finished first on those planets. It seems to be the same for other guild members. How about people on other servers? As far as granting the rewards post facto goes, I received the rewards on a character that did not even exist during said conquest... So they did not even create a script to grant them, they seem to be doing so by hand, and poorly. Figures... I'm done with them. They're not getting any more money until they sort themselves.

Same problem on battle meditation. I'm fairly sure the top 10 will not be fixed in time for being granted the conquest title tuesday at 14.00 CET. I would not harbour much hope of getting the title manually. Despite numerous tickets and despite assurances from Musco, we're still waiting on july conquest titles...
