IS there any rules on relics?

Im a PVE sniper looking for help on what stats i sould aim to increase Posting stats below tell me what i need the most i am a mm/engensring sniper.BTW this is no buff no stims Cunning 1716 Endo 1684 critical chance 27.3% Critical multiplier 68.5% Accuracy 113% Any tips would help thanks.

i have a lvl 50 sniper and basicly have full rekata or beter i have 1922 cunning 33.3% chritical chance and a 68.5% chritical multiplier, and a 102.4% accuracy. I am using the legacy belt and bracers with mods, what mods sould i put in these to make my sniper the most effective in pve and what stats do i need to try and stack.
