Negligence, i agree to disagree with your comments. Yes companions are a "part" of the story lines I agree, and I have never been a fan of any VTK of any kind. To many pros and cons to get started on. My main point and I still stand behind it is that some players we not given a choice only forced into the change, which BW is currently addressing. Before the pro nerf players had the options to increase the difficulty of game play, not the other way around.A player can choose when to use a companion ie H2's and mission running and what abilities they utilized. If a guild is only as tong as its weakest member wouldn't that hold true to a party? I agree that "carrying" a low level\under geared player can be a pain, but kicking them in favor of an OP companion? Where is the difficulty and challenge in taking the easier way? The challenge was what all the pro nerfs were talking about right?

Lets try and stay with facts and not opinions shall we? You got these percentages from where? Not some off site rigged poll or even reading through the forum posts im sure.

So much debate on issues that will plague MMOs til the end of time. I am a long time player of many MMOs, some are still around while others are long since just a memory of what could have been. I have poured over the forums since the nuke patch hit, and all I see are complaints, (which everyone is allowed to do) about pro this and con that. Very few posts are about suggestions that could be valuable help to the dev's, more opnions than fact. One point that I have yet to see is this, for all you pro nerfers, you had the choice of not using a companion. You want the challenge there ya go, simple as pie. Just because you "like to play all hard core", dose not mean that all players are comfortable playing as you do. Those of us that liked the change, enjoyed the new play style, even re subed, didnt get a choice. There is no added option for them to roll back the patch, no added in game button to put the companions back at full buff mode. If its " to easy, you have an option to increase the difficulty, dont take your companion into battle, take off some gear and replace it with lower gear. You have options! All MMOs have trials such as these and imo BW is addressing the issues of this patch just as they said they would. All this misinformation leads to speculation. No one knows the true sub base except BW and I would like to think that yes the amount of posts along with un subs is what influenced them to make the choice to fix the issue to find a "happy" medium for all. So to all the pro nerfs out there, you have options for the difficulty of game play, let us voice our opinions and go run your heroics with no armor, no weapon and no companions then come back and brag on your "hard core gaming skills"!
