Considering the legacy system and what it is supposed to represent, I thought it would be nice if you could mail stuff to your family even if you are in opposite factions. For example, if I had a lvl 50 sith assassin, and wanted to send say my jedi sentinel a medpac, I could do that without having to level up bioanalysis again
