I think I am a bit slow on this. Help me break this down.. PLEASE. Tues is the start of the new weekly. with you so far ... I complete the weekly on Wed. How is holding that and turning it in at the last possible moment helpful? I complete it on wed and turn it in on wed... wouldn't matter if i turned it in on mon. right? I cant pick up another weekly until tues. sorry, i dont follow what you are saying. because the daily doesn't have anything to do with the weekly .. if you dont turn in the daily, um daily, you lose it (meaning if you pick up a daily on tues and complete it on tues but dont turn it in until wed.. you cant pick up the daily for wed) As far as ilum goes.. the devs said it was not an exploit. so how do you expect me to understand your point when you dont even know what you are taking about. have you realized that? the point was -- the devs said that they were leveling in ways not intended .. which is why i am asking about this. nothing more. nothing less.

no it's not. it's a level 50 with xp bonuses not turning them in as NORMAL .. but waiting for the expansion to hit and turning them in then .. simply for the xp (which we dont get now) to get a jump ... storing up 25 level 50 quests along with the xp boosts is the same thing as lowbies hitting ilum to gain levels as fast as possible (the EXACT same reason). the only reason i can find that you do not agree is that you are now doing this on your 50's. Which I do not care.. I just think if they screwed the lowbies.. they should screw the 50s. that's it. nothing more, nothing less.

I'm really not. I'm just fighting this battle because of what they did to folks leveling on Ilum (I've got my 50's.. I took no part in that). And I honestly saw nothing wrong with the power leveling that took place -- more power to em. They didn't lock lower levels from getting there, they didn't implement measures to prevent players from accessing the area... they locked everyone. EVEN the players who's level was appropriate. Level 48? Too bad.. we fked ya. Was that FAIR? Nope. This is the SAME type... even though it's not to the same extent. No, the player can not do it everyday to get the same "jump" ... however.. it's in place that the player can get the INITIAL jump and gain an advantage over other players. Surely if a player wasn't suppose to gain an advantage on Ilum at a level lower than 50 then a player can not gain an advantage over another starting at level 50. I do not care either way .. I do think what they did to players regarding ilum was really fcked up .. but they did it. So, in that same manner.. they should prevent the level 50 25 quest turn in folks ... it's only fair. Not that they will do anything about it. i did this more or less to show.. in the scheme of things.. they .. do .. not .. care. however.. let me state once again for the slow ones ... I .. don't .. care ... go back and read from the start. just bringing it to light.

It's been brought to my attention (looking at the forums.. look at em sometimes, lotsa stuff going on around here) that there is the possibility to "game" the system in gaining XP when the new planet (the one talked about being free when announced but now costs cash) goes live. "Gaming The System Method": Folks will fill their 25 quest limit (why hasn't that limit been expanded upon by now?) with level 50 quests, only to then turn them all in (while using XP boosts), and gain about a level (out of the gate, thus giving an unfair and unintended?? advantage) or so thereabouts. Sure.. a level or two.. or a level and a half isn't much in the scheme of things, but - it's still there. I recall a certain outcry concerning the double XP, Ilum, Gree event ... I dunno. It's kinda hazy. According to all concerned ... power leveling wasn't meant to be a by product and thus changes were made (that effected legit players.. dang.. really??? Wow.. that must have been one hell of a tight panty twist players presented (because as we all know, via the thorough testing you have in place, it would have been caught prior to going live). Well, here is a clear cut case of power leveling right out of the gate with Makeb or whatever it is. Soooooo .. my petition to you, the powers that be -- you are NOW made aware of the XP "exploit" (not intended - see ilum) byproduct of the live release of the new planet. Are you going to wait or are you going to take steps NOW to ensure folks can not gain XP in non intended ways? -- wipe .. WIPE allllll level 50 quests at login. On the 8th, make a login announcment to turn in any quests pending at level 50 or lose them. Simple. On the 9th, any quests pending will be wiped at login. It's the ONLY FAIR thing to do (considering what you did to the Ilum quests). Unless of course there is some kinda weird double standard thing going on. Thank you for your time.

AND ..... judging by the swift containment of "leveling" being done on Ilum during the gree/x2 xp weekends .... EA should go ahead and wipe ALLLLLLLLL missions on the 9th .... you know.. to ensure folks aren't leveling in ways not intended... heck, write in the code regardless of who, what, when and where -- if you are level 50 when you log in, your missions are wiped... didn't turn em in.. ah man, sorry - go get em again. Let us wait and see the double standard ... However on that note ... are these the same people that will moan about lack of content and nothing to do, where's the carrot, I'm level 55 now what .. type of folks??

Well, I would hope that they make it BOL like the weapons and armor.. otherwise, what's the point of it being legacy? They could have just made it a regular BOE speeder if that's the case.

I agree with this idea as well. Plus, it could have the added benefit of getting more people to play the wzs and who knows, some might actually find they like it and stick around =)
