It's been some time since I've played SWTOR (last time I played was right before the strongholds were available and when they added legacy) so obviously a lot has changed and my skill tree has been reset, etc. Thing is, I really liked the specs I had before the reset except I cannot remember what they were. From what I remember I believe I had a mix of shield tech and pyrotech and it made for a really good pve/pvp build. Now everythings different and I have no clue what is going on. Even if you could link me to a good site that would help get me back into the swing of things that'd be great.

I think the only thing more irritating than players who insist you spacebar through the cut scenes are the ones who don't communicate with the group at all/ignores the group and constantly jumps the gun on mobs and bosses thus getting everyone (or most everyone) killed and then going "lolz oops". Nothing more frustrating than going up against a tough mob and coming up with this whole plan to make it go as smoothly as possible only for someone to rush in and ruin it. So basically inconsiderate rude players.

Nothing like being in the middle of a boss fight and the server going down lol

I'm a returning player (stopped playing right before they went to F2P) so I'm a bit confused about some of the changes still and re-learning the game. How does the Cartel Market work? I've managed to rack up some Cartel Coin's and itchin to buy something nice for myself but nothing in the market is really appealing at the moment. I've seen other players with some stuff they bought off the market but I don't see any of it there. Is this past stuff they've bought? Do they update the items once in awhile or is there somewhere on the Fleet you go to? I feel like I'm missing something... Oh! And I have a question about WZ's since they've added a few since I've last played. Are they randomly generated or are there specific ones designated for certain level groups? I feel like I'm constantly playing Ancient Hypergate which I like but after playing it for the 3rd time in a row it gets tedious and boring.

All I have to say is what the f--- happened? I was pretty excited about this update since they were finally doing something with the Legacy system but PVP isn't even worth playing now. Such a disappointment. I don't even understand the new commendation system yet as I was only on for 30 min before ragequitting from feeling overwhelmed by so many changes at once. I'm glad I got all my Centurion gear and a few Champion pieces before this update so I'm not stuck with this new Recruit PVP gear though. I was pretty peeved by my skill points being reset too. I'm not going to be drastic and unsub as I have overall enjoyed playing this game, mostly PVP but it looks like I'm going to have to give up PVPing and do more PVE stuff. Pretty bummed though.

just do it. can't hurt to try. and honestly I think a lot of people just like to complain. I've looked through the other class forums and everyones always complaining about their class. don't let that steer you away from at least trying out a class once

Really? They seem to do okay to me. At least on my server I've seen a few that were completely bad *** in pvp and thats why I've even been considering possibly going for Sent.

Hello, I just finally hit 50 on my Shadow and decided to try out another class inbetween doing dailies/weeklies/etc. Got my Knight to level 10 and when I initially started I had it in my head that I was going to go with Guardian. Well once I actually got to being able to choose I was looking them over and now I can't decide! What I think has me unable to choose is the whole dual wielding factor. I'm sorry but it just looks awesome when you see a Sentinel fighting. I'm big on pvp so which class/skill tree do you think would be best for that? Since I'm still a low level which is the best for leveling, or both? I've been googling checking out everything but I'd like to hear from others what their experiences are/were with both classes.

THIS! if you can't kill a healer just become an annoyance like a fly that won't stop buzzing around you. you might die but you temporarily make it hard for them to do their job and hopefully another teammate comes to your aid, and just try to draw as much attention to them so your other teammates become aware of them. if you see a healer LET YOUR TEAM KNOW IN PVP CHAT WHO THE PLAYER(s) IS. tell the leader to mark the healers. if you're the leader then mark them yourself.

I'm currently at level 48 31/0/10 and I'm starting to wonder, where do I go from here? how do I prepare myself for 50? I've never capped a toon in an mmo before so I'm not sure what I should be looking into, what gear I should be focusing on, etc. I've considered respecing once I hit 50 but I don't know. I enjoy pvp a lot though so I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to prepare myself for 50. any advice or links to guides and info would be very helpful and appreciated

I had the same issue except I don't think I even had that great of gear. when I got a group together for the instance thats in the same area I just asked them if they'd help me with my class quest lol

noticed over the last few days during Hutt Ball when I'd force pull someone down, especially down under all the tiers, sometimes they would magically appear right back in the spot I pulled them from or even further ahead. I was confused as to what was going on and how it was even possible for them to either get back in that spot so quickly or jump back up.

Everyone has an issue with the "skirts" but I honestly have no issue where I feel "emasculated" by it. It would be nice to have more options though as to what we get to wear on our lower half. I will say though that the gear does get pretty awful as you get farther in the game. The headdresses are just...I feel like I'm some sort of priest and if only mine actually fit my head because the back of my head sticks out of mine.
