  1. Hi, Good to know that you like to join the slackers. Are your characters in "The Red Eclipse" server? If so I'll be online a few hours. Feel free to contact me, whisper to Xarii, Arliin or Ubudubu. Cheers
  2. But of course, why do you think we call ourselves Slackers of Sweden? You'll never find a bunch more slacking than us, in this galaxy at least Thanks ScarletBlaze!
  3. Hi, Let me tell you a little of our guild. We're are a bunch of guys(sweds) who love the game and been playing it for a while. Most of us have MMO background from other games such as WoW but now dedicated to SWTOR. The average age in our guild is 35, and the only requirement for recruits we have is that your at least 18. You don't have to have any experience or epic gear to join us. As long as you're willing to learn and grow as a "Slacker" we want you. We have players on both sides, raids and operations coordination gets done through our web site http://www.slackersofsweden.com where you be able to sing up on a calendar on daily bases. So whether if you're a pro player on a progression quest or a newbe, simply playing casually you ARE welcome. If you can't speak Swedish don't worry, we all know English very well, and for those who don't, they're willing to learn. Some side notes: As a developer and a member of the slackers, I have a lot of plans for the future ahead. I wanna do/create things for our guild other guilds don't have or can't do. With the backing of two other kick-*** developers who also happen to be members. Slackers dwell at the heart of the "The Red Eclipse" European server. Some of my alts are Xarii, Arliin if you like to reach me inside the game. You find more info at our site http://www.slackersofsweden.com. May the force be with you. Cheers!

  5. I'm a software engineer, and I'm waiting impatiently for an API. Could be fun to have access to a data feed that gives you information about your guild. guild members and their activities. But i know creating such an API would require a lot of resources and time/money, which I don't think they are prepared to invest in just yet, Even with all the benefits that it would bring.
  6. One cannot avoid trolls in these forums. Thanks battlebabies for proving that....bro!
  7. Ok after I read about this in the patch notes, I started to looking around in the forums. There were a few whining about getting stunned in war zones. And many of the posts I found were just simply stupid. "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen". But decreasing the range of the one of the main abilities of a "ranged dps class" does not make any sense. I haven't seen any NPC complaining about getting stunned, why should that effect PVE game play? What's next, would you be removing/capping all the abilities that are effective in PVE but annoying in war zones? Really, if this is an pvp/war zone issue, then why don't you just apply the new rules in that context, or are the developers taking the easy way out. I'm saying that because I'm a developer too, and taking a easy way sometimes helps you reaching a deadline. Sorcerer is my main class, and I feel like I have lost an edge. Please reconsider changing that back in PVE in the future updates. Thanks.
