  1. Come on now, how old was Luke when he first met Ol' Ben?
  2. I really don't see that happening.. I mean yeah I have no doubt it would be a good game but there's no way the game would have as much content as SWTOR. People might take a break to play but unsubscribing to play a game they could finish in a few days?? I doubt it.
  3. Luke: "Why didn't you tell me? You told me Vader betrayed and murdered my father." Obi-wan: "Your father was seduced by the Dark Side of the force, he ceased to be Anakin Skywalker and became Darth Vader. When that happened the good man who was your father was destroyed." He wasn't himself, the Dark Side twists your mind and turns you into someone else.
  4. Where does it say that? I got the encyclopedia here and I can't find anything.
  5. What's wrong with him going back to the Jedi? Isn't that what Kotor was all about? Redemption, fixing his mistakes and going back to light and being a Jedi again? Wasn't he not on the best of terms with the Council anyway?? Also I liked Revan and Bastila havin' a happy life together, they were totally into each other in game, least the way I played. I don't really remember exactly what happened, haven't read it in a while, but as you say Revan is a former Sith Lord who slaughtered/converted Jedi while he was turned to the Dark Side. He was a Jedi again, so I don't know why he would want to start a fight. Self defense sure but, yeah..
  6. I was just kiddin' I know what you meant I don't really agree with 3D being inherently more engaging. 2D or 3D won't change whether you have a good story/character or not, the ending of season 5 wouldn't have been as powerful if we didn't care about what was happening. The way the story/characters are presented doesn't really matter to me personally.
  7. Correct me if I'm wrong but during that point of the story I don't think the Warrior is officially recognized as the Wrath. Now that he/she is they might have certain power over other's that directly serve the Emperor save for The Hand. As long as the Wrath doesn't go against the Emperor I wouldn't think it was a stretch.
  8. Are you saying that Daffy getting his bill shot off wasn't engaging enough for you?? What about the great "Duck Season/Wabbit Season" debate?!
  9. But Revan only became Darth Revan because he was brainwashed by the Sith so does that mean he was only "EVIL" because of the Emperor?.. sure he was turning to the darkside during the course of the war but it was the Emperor that finally pushed him over the edge.
  10. When I was skimming through the thread names and saw this at first I read it as "Luke Skywalker vs Paul Revere" and was like "wut?" lol An interesting match-up to be sure.
  11. Now here's something I never thought I'd see on this forum, anyone who knows TTGL is my new best friend. ◥▶◀◤
  12. I would even settle with a couple more of those mail messages from them honestly. I wouldn't know but it doesn't seem like it would be too much trouble to type something up like that, but yeah some more lines from your romanced companion would be great.
  13. Exactly what I think every time I use it, what's cooler then a sword that shoots laser beams? A laser sword that shoots laser beams! Lasers a fun a word...
  14. A lightsaber wouldn't do anything to him unless maybe it had a kryptonite crystal or something.. which I'm not even sure would work. If it could he would still have to hit him with it. Which is unlikely.
  15. Wonder how it would go down if they fought on Tatooine, what with it having two suns and all..
  16. Oh well.. yes... let us never speak of them again.
  17. Like Superman Red and Superman Blue.. heard of them? No? Good..
  18. Exactly! I wish more people would think about that before writing him off as the most boring over powered perfect super hero ever that just flies in and punches his problems in the face without having to deal with his own struggles.
  19. I can recommend a few good Superman stories if your interested and they rebooted the line up not too long ago so there's a place to start for anyone looking to get into DC super heroes. I agree that the Walking Dead comics are fantastic, haven't really had a chance to get into the show though which I regret. =/
  20. They have powered him down from reality punching I think, though he can survive nuclear blasts and even a sun exploding. But that's one of the things about Superman, sure it takes a lot to threaten HIM but that's not what he's about he's about protecting others. Aside from that there are A LOT of villains that are a threat to him and they aren't all gods, I won't bother listing them all but they just had a storyline where another survivor from krypton came to earth and threatened to destroy it to revive his home planet and Superman was almost powerless to stop him and he had to call in the entire Justice League plus Supergirl and Superboy to stop him. What's the point in showing any hero aside from maybe Batman dealing with robbers and normal criminals when villains with super powers are running around? =/
  21. Darth Marr is no push over! Tol Braga was there, I forget the other two though. And I would make the argument that the Jedi Knight was a master as well.
  22. Like I've said before he has many weaknesses and he isn't invincible. He's one of the most powerful heroes but he also fights many beings just as powerful or more powerful then he is all the time so I don't see how that's an issue. I'm not sure if you've read any Superman comics or anything (I'm going to assume you don't since you said you like Marvel more and aren't really into DC, which I don't have a problem with.) but I don't see how you can relate to Superman or anyone for that matter if you don't really know anything about them.
  23. He's protected from physics because he's freakin Superman and its a comic book, in the DC universe there's the Speed Force where the Flash, fastest guy in the DC universe, gets his powers and protects him from his own speed, it works for Supes too. Why your even bothering with physics between two fictional characters with powers and abilities which don't exist is beyond me. Yes he does, his invulnerability is negated by magic which can hurt him just like it would hurt anyone else. Which is just one. Superman fights god's all the time Darkseid (the guy from that video I linked earlier) who is a god. He's teamed up with some gods in the DC universe as well. I refer to my speed of light replies earlier, he would dodge the friggin thing. Or he would just hear the gunmen's breathing or heartbeat alerting him of his presence. What do you have against supes dude? =/
  24. Well he did subdue the Jedi Council with lightning if that counts for anything.
