to the people who are kissing up to Bioware, people are paying a subscription and they have a right to be upset especially when they lost a day of early release time and now this crap. Maybe you and Bioware will understand when people stop paying for subscriptions and stop playing the game, and FYI I've been a subscriber since day 1.

this really sucks Bioware, if you cant have a product ready when you promote it and people commit, do promote it. I will not be subscribing early again if I subscribed at all. I really like this game and a big star wars fan, but because of your unreliable action.

im new to the whole MMO thing, but i dont about customers happiness and BIOWARE dropped the ball big time. I and many others will still play this game, subcribe monthly, but if and when a new game comes out, UR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WILL REMEMBER.

i check my email every hour to see if i got in, and i get an email each just not the one i want, oct 25 still not in.

same thing here, oct 25th redeemed my code the same day saved the email, but it says 11/2 early game. don know why, please tell us BIOWARE

ive been reading these post and i can understand both sides, but i tend to lean towards the side of the angry. WHY? if im not wrong here u allowed on the last beta they staggered that test too, and i read that over 2mil tested during that weekend, so BIOWARE, what changed between then and now?
