I agree. Sadly, any decept players that 'give madness a go' still have that 'burst mentality' and of course, they'll be disappointed. Madness and it's sustained dps nets me 7-900k average, EVERY warzone. Because it's reliable. The only chance factor/RNG, which I mentioned in my previous post, is the Raze proc. Which gets stupid when I'm thrashing away, violently. And as far as 'fun factor', I don't believe that it should be included. It's completely subjective and doesn't aid the devs. I'm interested in factual changes.

This. Madness depends hugely on raze to proc. It's the only thing you're doing between dots, taunts, CT and DF. This needs a serious bump to, like, 80%. Thrash hurts my force pool too much to be spamming for chance, to only resort to saber strike and be completely redundant until regen. A secondary idea would be to have Saber Strike proc Raze with a higher chance, while Thrash remains at 60%. Or, just ditch the requirement for discharge dot. Or, lower the overall damage and kick it to 100% damage. Take your pick. Messing with Raze isn't going to make madsins FOTM. Lastly, a nice addition would be to move insulation to bottom-tier, since it's stupid I have to invest one-point to shock proc so I can die slower in PVP.

Sure am. Played the beta last weekend and a few of the boys I run with are very keen. It's the sort of game where hundreds of players in a guild and full groups is the way to go. It's gonna be all about numbers. Just a pity the combat system sucks. Then again - I have been spoiled with swtor.
