It was good seeing the old MVP players in some Warzone ques last night. The "Breakfast" guild 8v8 old players have changed their guild name to "Let the Boy Watch" now.

Which Guilds still que Rank on the Harbinger? I have heard from others that of course Luke Warm still ques; However, I was just wondering who normally ques on a given night? A couple of the Breakfast guild group have returned to the game and currently located on The Bastion because that is where we left our toon's during the 8v8 Ranked Warzones hype....lol. I have seen some old players like Scold from MVP on my current server so I am seeing some players of old that are either playing again or that are still around. Some of us from the guild Breakfast have returned to Swtor, and we was wondering what old school players still play the game. I have seen only a hand full of names I remember (Scold from MVP), and fellow republic friends. However, I was wondering who else from the old Ranked 8v8 Warzone guilds are still playing. I understand some people have moved servers and or changed names and possibly guild names. I was just wondering how everyone is doing and what they thought of the state of Swtor.

I think they balance around the metrics, and the metrics say that most scoundrels don't even use their HoT's, only their direct heals, go oom in 3 seconds, then die.

did u know that in a recent WoW PvPLive tourney a God Comp v WMChi had the Monk sit in CC for 122 seconds out of a 201 second long match. Keep in mind that the tournies there are 3v3

People wouldn't complain about hard CC so much if there wasn't as much hard CC, and rather, there was more soft CC a la Warlords of Draenor style. Albeit, then you need most of that CC to be casted and not instant, with multiple outs for CC on each class.

I never blow all my burst in the opener either way. Reliability with a chance to lose damage is a trade off that is so good its ridiculous.

Here's what it means for snipers/agents. Damage/burst is lessened. More frequent burst. No reduction to energy cost though, so they will OOM themselves to do it. Hybrid Leth is buffed through this. Combat sentinel and Watchmen Sentinel got a ridiculously big buff. Sage Seer got the wrong change made to it, should have had a 0 reduction to HP when using noble Sacrifice while having a proc up. Deception Sin will be about the same, but Madness Sin is literally so good there is no point to deception.

I've said it before, Breakfast is willing to take people and play with you to see if you like ranked and to see if you're decent. Just a few nights ago we took 3 people who were basically totally randoms to rateds during kickballs, and had a ton of fun. Were the players amazing? They weren't but having DPS that don't do very much is fine and more importantly... Its fun! We met new players and had fun, and that is what the game should be about by this point in time. Try harding is fine when aldoraz, rollie, blanket and myself log on and play on the same team. By all accounts, form up your a-team then, but if its anything less just play alts/new people. Its more fun. EDIT: If you're imperial side looking for a good sniper, hit up Lifts. He's really solid, one of the very few I've found in regs to actually be on a similar level to sniper's I'd consider rated quality. Maybe not as good as teacher or fatnerd, but then again, no one really ever was as good as them at sniper lol.

Madness Sorc, AP Powertech, Vengeance Jugg are are the predominant ez mode classes to play atm (coincidentally the best). I would say hybrid sorc, but atm its just broken as all hell and no one really needs more of them running around. Lethality Sniper is extremely good, but if you aren't extremely good, then its trash. Deception sins are very good after the white damage buff, 15s CC is great for controlling a healer and when paired with a spread damage spec (madness/AP/Lethality), it has amazing synergy. Carnage is good, but getting shut down can be a real problem when the other teams tank is active on using their peeling abilities correctly (if the other team's tank is trash, don't worry about it, you'll be fine.) If you're looking for the best overall healer, the operative is still a pretty clear winner, with merc trailing behind by a bit. For tanks, I'd say that shadow tank as the 19/27 hybrid or an AP Powertech Tank are pretty even if you're playing with a pressure comp. If you're playing a hardswap comp, you'll want a juggernaut tank and the Full PT tank with oil slick is excellent against carnage/deception (white damage in general).
