Does anyone find it annoying after creating a new character, that you have to take all the mail and manually unlock all the rewards you have received?

Suggestion I was thinking, for the people that won't do operations or pvp, that they should allow us to buy individual armourings, mods and enhancements with the command tokens with a high credit cost (to ensure that this doesn't give too much of an advantage). So for example, if I wanted to buy armouring 230 it will cost 50 command tokens with a cost of 1000000 credits or more.
