  1. Georgia - Born, Raised, and will probably die here. Marietta, Mableton, Powder Springs, to Woodstock... I love the south!
  2. Unless I have this uncontrollable urge to go back and be the Ops Queen, again, I think it is for good this time. I want to actually be able to enjoy the con for a while. lol What department, might I ask?
  3. *snickers* Maddog can't tell his sister Spitty "No" especially when I trained my replacement...
  4. After my husband "talked me into trying out the MMO world" a few years back, it used to bother me. I quickly found out that if I said I was a girl, they had a new meaning to G.I.R.L. and found out even quicker that there was no use in arguing. I generally make girl toons because most of the boy toons I make I end up giggling hysterically over because of how goofy they look. I guess it is why I will generally stick with my RLFs that know the truth... and the occasional IGFs that trust that I am, or really don't care one way or the other. So long as you're having fun... who cares what gender we are.
  5. After working Security Operations for 11 years, I am finally taking a year off and hittin' the beach next Labor Day weekend. Y'all have fun, though!
  6. Woodstock, here! Between my husband, and 2 of our closest friends... I think I was shanghaied into SWTOR Last night was my first night of play... I think I made it to level 5. Not bad so far, and I am liking the smuggler I made. I have no idea what server the hubby put me on, but the name is Sfal... see tagline
  7. I have just gone through several pages of posts, quotes, and responses. It started out as a smile, then progressively got worse and I giggled, laughed, snorted, and about fell out of my chair. So what if someone compares games. So what if they say AH (Auction House from WoW) or even goes so far as to call it a WW (Wentworth from City of X). Does it really make your game play any less fun? I have played (or still play): CoX, L2, Aion, and WoW. I just started SWTOR last night. The only real thing I can find that is ultimately the exact same thing within all of these games is the fact that their perspective forums will always have people griping about something so trivial that it will inevitably get others in an uproar and varying degrees of defensive when the topic at hand really is not that important... ...but I guess I needed to come in and check it out for myself to see just how similar the games really are. Thanks for proving a point, OP. Cya in game.
