It really seems all of the classes have ways you cannot counter to stay on you and they all do incredible burst damage that you have to use objects to avoid (especially both bounty hunter classes). Am I doing something wrong here? I am in full champion gear with some battlemaster pieces as well and continue to get destroyed by comparably geared opponents no matter what I do. That being said, I always rank the highest or near to the highest in overall damage done in warzones. This is due to splash and consistent non burst damage.... It seems to me that the other classes have way better burst, can kill much better and have way better cc....especially the assassin and the marauder. By no means is this a call to nerf any class, I am just trying to find out how this is balanced or if I am completely missing the boat on something.
  2. So, Basically you are saying reroll or play another spec. Not being sarcastic, being serious. It is impossible to build distance against any of the classes mentioned (they all have counters which are superior to balance sage escape spells), their burst damage is simply superior, the dots suck in terms of dps, they dont hit hard enough, can be easily displled and dont kill fast enough to warrant your strategy and their cc is better.....
  3. I pretty much have trouble fighting every single class. It seems everyone has better cc, higher burst damage or a combination of both. Can people start listing here their strategies against powertechs, marauders and assassins. Continually getting rocked by these guys and not sure what I am doing wrong. My spec is linked: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600RZf00MZcrdRsrkrcz.1 Can't get this to link....I am 3/7/31 with sever force (or inquisitor equivalent for all of these abilities etc.). Give in and go telekinetics/lightning like all the cool kids or someone has some thoughts on what appears to be an underwhelming spec line on an otherwise amazing class that was SUPPOSED to be their pvp spec.

These classes should have minimal to no range at all with the ability to stealth while in combat assuring an escape and the ability to burst for more damage from stealth moreso than nearly any class in game 2) Tracer round and it's Republic equivalent both need to be toned down tremendously 3) Balance/Madness spec sages/inquisitors need to be enhanced. The damage over time abilities should last longer, the snares should last longer, force in balance/empire equivalent should work similar to the mistress of the marsh spell from Warhammer Online (except in this case have it do damage and then have a ground snare puddle that lasts for 10 seconds or so). 4) Healer survivability across the board needs to be examined. It is way too high at the moment.

  9. I noticed how every class in the game seems to be able to do alot of burst damage in pvp....except sages and inquisitors. They do alot of sustained damage, but very little burst. This is by design or am I missing something?
  10. this is excellent news. If you are cancelling because you can no longer destroy everyone with zero skill in pvp, good. Dont let the door hit you on the way out whiner.
  11. I noticed that Bioware is reversing the bs pulled by moronic imperial players yesterday. At least one guy, according to the board, had his rank reversed. If this is the policy, I will happily resub.

  15. This is what I was told in game? This is true or bs? If it is true, why the **** have they not shut the game down until a fix can be made?
