Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD

Every time I attempt to play swtor with the grahics set on high or medium, my game play is very slow. I can only play it with the graphics level set on low. Would a better graphics card do the trick?

I can not beat this guy. I enter the fight with a strength stim, use the cyborg disabler item in my inventory, and have my companion beast attack him while at the same time shock him with force lighting attacks. He always beats me just by a narrow margin. He is a level 15 and I am a level 14. Should I raise my level or implement a better attack strategy?
