Ya me too I have been getting this problem ever since a certain day(can't remember). I havent changed anything in my computer and I have tried to remove all programs that could consume internet power, but I am still getting a very slow loading screen( before it wasn't like that), and horrible lag moments, but the weird part is that the Lag Meter never shows red in the lag moments. I ask for help, I know it's not my laptop graphics( could be my internet provider failing me for the last 9 days), but I'd like some suggestions to fixing this lag problem and slow loading.
