I think that if some titles are accepted when you are playing so not to get too many titles if you accept a certain title (lets say for example 'of the jedi council' if it was part of the game still) then you could not get another title ( eg master) this will solve many people having the every title for their class or gaining all titles... and have some specific to Each faction light and dark side... so a dark side consuler could have specific titles different to a light side one.
