  1. First of all, to support the idea, add 4, or maybe even 8 more character slots per server to allow people to make more cross faction players, as the idea pertains to cross faction legacies. Non-heroic legacy abilities: upon reaching level 50 with a certain class, the corresponding class on the other faction will be able to swap select abilities out, for aesthetic purposes only, with that of the opposite faction. Ideas for such i have thought up and put down below. but i did not think of ideas for every class. Sorcerer: upon reaching level 50 with a sorcerer, any sages within the same legacy will learn lightning storm, which shares the same cooldown as quake and benefits from the same talents Scoundrel: upon reaching 50 with a scoundrel, any operatives in the legacy will learn blaster pistol proficiency. all abilities that require blaster rifles will now be useable with blaster pistols as well. Commando: any mercenaries in the legacy will learn assault cannon proficiency. (see above) Consular (if this were to apply to basic classes instead of advanced classes): any inquisitors in the legacy will learn project, sharing the same cooldown as shock and being affected by the same talents. Warrior (see above): any knights in the legacy will learn force choke, sharing the same cooldown as force stasis and being affected by the same talents. just a few ideas so that people get the basic idea of the concept, i don't expect these exact abilities to end up as legacy abilities, but it would be very awesome if they were. particularly pistols on operatives and project on inquisitors, both of which i have wanted since before 1.2

I was slightly disappointed by the new armor customization added in patch 1.2. there were a couple features i was expecting, since they were vague on describing the new feature, that didnt end up in the game, such as jedi robe hood up/down toggling, and actual color CHANGING, which is one of the possible ideas to improve the customization feature. Allow customization of the chest piece more thoroughly, allowing people to pick from primary, secondary, and pattern colors, similarly to Mass Effect, in addition to the option to unify color schemes, which is already implemented. Another idea is to allow users to pick which gear slot is the focus for the Unify Colors option. For example if someone playing a trooper has a cool blue pair of pants, but has an ugly orange chestpiece, the unify colors option would give them a choice to let the player choose the pants so that the colors of all other armor pieces will match the blue pants.
  3. So I logged on after 1.2 hit and i noticed my Galactic Party Bomb was now a gray item that couldn't be used. I was like "***" and contacted customer support. They said that removing the party bomb and party instigator was to benefit the game's player base as a whole. How does removing those items benefit anyone? Its a huge downgrade to the game. It turned any dull moment into a relatively entertaining one. It was the only reason to level up to social level 10 Bring party bombs back!
  4. Please change the graphic for this. Whenever I'm in combat it looks like my lightsaber is covered with some purple snot monster. Maybe just make it like lightning charge but with purple lightning or something (if it really has to be purple.)
  5. The idea is simple: for every saber stance that Jedi knights have (ataru, shii cho, soresu, etc) make a different set of animations for when the lightsaber is equipped in a different stance. For example, soresu would hold the lightsaber in front of the character, ready to block attacks, while ataru or juyo would hold the saber to the side or behind the character, ready to throw a stronger attack, and the attack animations should be more aggressive looking than soresu. Sentinels and marauders need something like this especially since their animation set looks like a caveman swinging clubs did mocap for them. It needs to be redone.
  6. Got a couple ideas that i think would make a great addition to the game were they to be implemented in a patch or expansion. Feel free to add any ideas you may have as well. 1. Defections: I know this is the kind of feature that not everyone will agree with, but i think it's worth throwing out there considering the terrible balance in population between republic and empire. the main reason for the imbalance seems to be that all the classes on empire are different than the ones on republic, and most people like the empire's classes more. So when u are either light as empire, or dark as republic, and have chosen an advanced class, allow the choice to either continue the current chain, or start a defection chain, which would have a brand new story to follow for each class. I have also noticed, as a republic player, that some of the commendation vendors sell items that have stats meant for imperial classes, such as blaster rifles with cunning, and blaster pistols with aim. these items would be put to better use by a defected imperial character, than a trooper who wants the rifle for looks and replaces the mods. 2. Social = legacy: the social point system is in terrible shape, its already a terrible grind to max it out on one character, let alone two if you make a second character. To solve this, Social should have one of the following changes done to it: a. you can be unoriginal and just nerf the time you need to spend grinding social points. or... b. Allow the social rank to carry over across all characters on a server, as part of your legacy. 3. Medium and Heavy armor variants of all social outfits
