Thanks for the answers. So there is no way to make it show, what a pity... At Fizbanic: I do not think anyone whined in this thread that they can't do their job without the target's target window. It was not the point. Is it posible to play without it? Yes. Would it make the game more enjoyable? Yes.

As a starting tank (level 25 vanguard at the moment) I was wondering whether there is a way to make my target's target show in this game. Sometimes it's really hard to see who the enemy is attacking, especially when a group of 4-5 mobs plus my party puts on such a laser show. I haven't found any option to this in the preferences, but someone in the general chat mentioned there is a way to have the target's target show up in the UI. Anyone know of this?
