  1. You pulled this out of your ***, you have nothing to substantiate it. The numbers released by Bioware don't lie. Your so called "Squishiest" class has the best defensive cooldowns in the game on top of mobility and damage.
  2. Playing a Marauder is not rocket science. If you can't beat another class simply by spamming defensive cooldowns one after another you're doing it wrong. The most "successful" marauders as judged by the scoreboard are the ones that tunnel vision clothies, hardly a pinnacle of skill.
  3. Kills are based on damage...If they are doing damage to everyone and have thus tagged everyone, it makes sense they have more kills than a class that does high single target daamage.
  4. The healing on the scoreboard is from filling up outside of combat or shield. Trying to heal as a dps spec while being attacked is a losing proposition. the shield i was referring to for Mercs is "Energy Shield" the -25% damage for 12 seconds baseline ability. If all of the damage absorbed everytime that was activated was thrown onto the scoreboard, every dps would be close to sorcs.
  5. The healing is highly irrelevant, akin to the damage absorbed by a merc's shield or a marauder's defensive cooldowns being slapped up on the scoreboard as healing.

I'm sure you're torn up In the end sorcs are weakened both offensively (directly) and defensively (indirectly through the lack of damage viability going deeper into Lightning, gimp your damage in return for defensive CC). Tumri will now weep himself to sleep in his 1.2 bed, comforted by the warmth of unnecessary marauder buffs.
  7. Seems like most marauders job in pvp is tunnel visioning the sorcerers, which they are very effective at.
  8. If your BM gear has doesn't give ideal stats (Surge and Power for many) guess what, you can replace them, Rakata is only worth it with a great set bonus.

  10. because while you will have the valor level, it's almost entirely aesthetic. You will still need to do dailies for tokens and commendations. Meanwhile, it gives goal oriented people a reason to actually pvp after they've completed their set.

  13. I have found this to be a problem, particularly versus teams with defensive cooldowns (AKA Commandos and Marauders). You simply cannot kill them fast enough. Bad communication on our part, but it is a little silly that they managed to keep them.
  14. I'm simply pointing out hypocrisy. Marauders have an ideal situation and Sorcs have an ideal situation yet he (playing a marauder) naturally only calls for Sorc nerfs. Marauder+Pocket heals > anything else+Pocket heals in my experience, whether that makes them OP, whatever.
  15. Marauders easily benefit the most from having that healer thanks to the best defensive cooldowns in the game. You should take into account these conditionals as you have an entire thread about how OP sorcs are when they are ignored entirely and the other team stands in a group waiting to be aoe'd down.
