Ok so I usually just read forums and don't write anything unless it's my guild's forum .
My online role playing experiance is 6 years at guild wars a free to play mmo and its PvE sucks imo, So i have zero experiance of what a pay to play mmo has to offer.
I have been playing starcraft 2 for a few months recently and i do really enjoy the game but the forums are full of..I cant describe them on a polite forum like this,but as you can see i feel these forums are more mature so i decided to post here.
To me this game seem's hard to have all the options availabe to you EG you can't reroll your char to be a healer or dps, for example without it costing you, or choosing dark side cuts off options light side would bring. fast traveling to me is alot harder than what im used to with the cooldown. Or traveling across the galaxy to meet my guild to kill a word boss, Anyway all this give the game a real sence of work and reward makes the galaxy feel big and the planets feels big..Like it should be imo.
I can't wait for the new content their going to add like the guild capital ship and expanding the space combat and i'm sure we will get expansion packs with higer level caps and more of the great storys for our chosen characters. I hope this game stays pay to play unlike many others before it so the developers have the resourses to fufill this games potential.
I don't mind that Bioware have played it safe with this game and the mechanics of the game are that of most mmo's, they have added a great single player aspect to this game and i have 8 different enjoyable storys to play through,but do hope they don't make "having it all" too easy and cave into the lazy players out there.
Well that's how i feel about this game not sure what point i'm making i'm just sharing my thoughts with the community. Feel free to respond with your felings on the game and it's future whatever they may be.
