Looking for either a healer or tank to fill out our main raid group running thursdays at 930 PST

YES is actively seeking new members to fill our operation ranks. All scheduled operations will start between 8-9 PM PST. Currently, we have two teams that can clear any hard mode boss or operation; however, we would like to expand this number to a 3rd team. Eventually, we would also like to start doing 16 man operations as well. The requirements for joining our guild are as follows: 1. First and most important, know how to properly use mumble. We require people to broadcast via push to talk button as most people with voice activation are highly annoying. 2. Have some experience. Even if you don't know the fights entirely well, know how to play your class. We use TOR Parse when we venture into operations, and we expect everyone to be able to contribute. You don't have to be top DPS or heals, but we like our members doing the best they can at all times during boss fights. Also, knowing other people are viewing either your DPS or heals during a fight promotes competition and motivation. 3. This is equally important to number 1, don't apply if you’re less than 18 years old. We like more mature members for our operations. 4. Be able to devote a good chunk of time at least one day during the week. More than likely we’ll be doing operations during the evening. If we get enough members who want to go during the day then we’ll do that instead. That said, we expect people to show up once they commit. It’s ok to not make a raid, but try to give us a little heads up. We don’t like waiting around for people to log on. 5. Have decent gear, try to be in mostly 69s. We understand getting some gear is somewhat difficult, so we don't expect the best. If you're not at least augmented with all artifact at least at lvl 50 or higher, then don't bother applying. We're a pretty laid back bunch, and we're pretty patient and willing to work out the kinks. It's a plus if you have multiple characters.
