That option has been checked. Only certain missions are missing while others are visible and can be completed. The missing mission is same for all characters that are having the issue.

Having issue with several missions in various planets not being initiated (mission giver not giving the mission nor having mission icon over the head. I am having this issue with 11 out of 12 of my characters and all the missions that are not starting are the same for all of them. Furthermore, I have done these mission previously on different characters in the past and have done so again on one character that is not seeing this issue. I am also seeing other players who are doing the said missions that I cannot get from the mission givers. Some of the mission that is not started are (not all): Hutta: Gang Warfare Tech Jealousy Spicecraft Down Industrial Raiders Korriban: Experimental Needs Lost Supplies The Blood Legacy Rouges Ord Mantell: Bridging the Gap Unsafe Safe House Scavenger Hunt Republic Roulette Tython: Lost Pilgrim Lovers and Secrets Pilgrim Medicine Horranth Control As mentioned, these are just some of the missions and I did not write down missions that were not started on Coruscant or Dromund Kaas. The missions that are not starting is same for all the characters I am having issues with (all except 1). I have submitted a ticket when I first encountered this bug but was told that this issue is a bug within the game and CS could not help and had to wait for the game update. This issue was yet to be resolved as of 5.7 update.
