  1. was leveling a wow char the other day and decided to do some level 15 pvp... I go in with my 800 hp wanting to test my luck and I meet that guy that killed my whole team and was soloing the place. moused over and he had 5k hp... at level 50~ I caught up hp wise but I still wouldn't hit for 1.2k this example is just to show you how friendly this game is to newcomers compared to others... Frankly I think, that messing more with it will make the newcomers even more frustrated and give rage nerds more fuel to blame them for loosing the wz. Keep in mind that we are in 1.5 and new comers are expected to be behind in gear. And tbh grinding for gear here is also ridiculously easy compared to other games. Also adding more expertise will only do this: you charge smash for 7 k dispach for 5k and shout for x amount of overkill. he ll probably wont get time to get out of the charge stun again anyway, unless you also increase his hp. and since noone on their right mind would augment a recruit gear... (would new players know about augmenting...) since it will take more time to grind the money for it than to actually grind bm gear.
  2. there is huge amount of cc in this game can you at least make it so that the aoe stuns of the warriors and the jedi knights at least proc resolve to everyone like every other stun in the game? I am seek of seeing teams of 6-7 knights/ warriors exploiting the fact that they don't proc resolve and chain stun whole teams. as if those classes didnt have enough disables already, charge stun, trap, slow interrupt choke push charge and all of them except push ignore resolve. at least make the stun not spammable so they at least have to pick their target not tab charge intimidate roar rinse repeat? seriously this will change nothing on the 1/1 outcome of the game, except that after the 2nd charge intimidating roar the other team might stand a chance?
  3. unbreakable will: not so unbreakable anymore seems to only work on some of the stuns? and most of the time when it feels like it loading screens: I get to see my portrait and cast bars while I wait instead of the loading screen when going to a wz wz queues: cant queue myself with my group for some reason and even if I am in queue with a group they enter the wz and I dont get an invite.

    so with the rakata or wh mods costing to replace 22k a piece and a lsaber having need for 4 slots and buying an augmentation kit costs 69 k... If I pay the buyer 25 k its on his best interests to buy my augmented bad looking saber over a kit! maybe i should stop leveling it on level 21 sabers as you suggest/

    So whats the use of it? its the only crew crafting skill that can pretty much make nothing the others need, so for us that leveled it whats its point? Now with 1.3 all artificers are obligated to buy things from other crafters to boost their gear but they can make nothing to sell back in return exept fashion items and fancy crystals that people can get anyway if they grind enough.
  6. I get that Bware is nerfing the survivability of all tank classes to adress pvp balance issues of people in tank spec doing more damage than anticipated... What I dont get is... the problem is that those guys do more damage than expected... why nerf their survivability? this is a pve nerf as well that may cause problems to them in fullfilling their roles especially if undergeared. Also if they adress the problem that way... the problem will presist. we ll still get a lot of hybrids doing loads of damage and hard to kill. In all angainst players that do know how to play the difference in pvp in neglicable, since any good pvper would anyway interupt a sins force lightening eg... So whats really the point?They want to remove those semi exploit builds from the game shouldnt they adress the root of the problem which is the excess dps? replace it with extra threat to avoid the pve issues and make sure that the force lightening wont tick for 2k/ tick? since thats the problem and not whether he ll self heal for 660 or 330. This way the only ones that practically get nerfed are the people using the spec as intended rather than the people exploiting it.
  7. Having served as a guild manager once and having to explain my successor how to fix the ranks and so on I can only say the proccess is terrible. Not only in order to add a new officer rank you need to demote 100+ people or make an officer rank that cant do anything, you cant allow other people to help you with the rank fixing or manging, with setting the guild bank rights and doing the micromanaging to the result that unless you pass lead when you go summer vaccations... Your guild will die in the mean time. so specific suggestions. - fix it so you can add a new rank above the existing ones instead of just the end. Ideally allow the guild master to move the ranks arround without changing the number of people in them -Add the option for the guild master to allow officers to manage the ranks like he does -Add the option for the guild master to allow officers to manage the bank and the bank rights of the members -Allow the purchacing of guild bays to every member of the guild.

  9. Soooooo you want to slice pc's in a lightening storm, play tetris when force crushed, complete pacman during orbitals and space invaders on death from above? I would also like to play jenga in the mid of a tornado, while the earth splits in 2 and nuclear weapons explode for fireworks.... the idea is to kill the defenders before placing explosives or dissarming them just in case you didnt figure it out.

  11. he is trying to say that in his belief. Republic classes do more damage than the imperial counterparts cause of their slow animations. So he proceeds with the comparisson of classes skills to come up with that conclution that since the above statement is true... Then republic is favoured in warzones. A statement I concider untrue but since I dont own 2 same level republic and sith toons I cant validate or dissprove.
  12. Someone got the point. I am about to get my warhero gear. IF I dont get my healing gerar and get proper dps gear I think I will offer more to my group. Already dpsing. stuning and incapacitationg dpsers is more effective than my heals in order to win the wz. IF I actually spec for it I think I ll e more effective.
  13. As I said... I dont care what people, that go in the wz and do less dps than me in my healing spec, think. Usually i put my shield up ignore them and when they get me to half health stun heal up and dot them to send them to their healer crying. /shield (ignores and waits proper responce)
  14. Actually I am almost 16k. being a shadow. probably stuucking accuracy he was hiting 5k before patch. Server is small so we meet a lot. I could deal with him before patch. Now, with the 10% buff he got and the -10% healing I get I guess he can easily crit fot 6-7k. So If he had his ignore 30% armore buff on from a previous victim... probably he could dish out some nasty crits. As for 3 healers vs no healers... dont bet on it. I saw no healer team beating a 3 healer team even before patch (but thats cause I just got unlucky and there was not 1 good dps in my team).
  15. I was 3 shotted 2ice in a row by the same player in a warzone with a full bm gear. And no he didnt waste a cd to pull me in fire or a stun or anything, he pretty much dpsed me down while I was casting shield, throwing in my HOT, and during the casting time of a dark heal. Maybe he got lucky with his crits or something. But Thats pretty much what happened. And no I was not on my pve gear by mistake. He didnt even bother to interupt the heal he just dpsed through it. And yes it was a duel.
