Hi guys Im really struggling to create a logical UI for my MM sniper. The problem Im having, since I have a standard 3 button mouse is that with only one quickbar while in covermode I just do not have enough room for all my important and or situational abilities. Also not even close to enough keybindings. Please advice.

I think you misunderstood me, I really like this game, I think it's great. The purpose of this thread is to pump up SWtOR.

Thats why they were not useless, they kept people doing them. Grinding to create a viable AH for the mats to upgrade your gear with enchants, gems, ect.

OK so yeah this game ain't perfect, but what game is? The Customer serivce is HORRIBLE. Crew skills and the GTN suck compared to professions in WoW and the AH of WoW. And I'll say that maybe there are a few things that are not so great, as well as other things that people might not like. But overall this is a really GREAT game, and it deserves to expand not shrink. Being able to play for free got me to log back on yesterday after being gone since basically the legacy patch came out. I just reactivated my subscription, you all should too. Bioware after Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3's ending I've lost alot of faith in you I gotta say, you need to step up with the CS. MMO communities expect alot from the people they are paying monthly too, maybe its tough to meet expectations sometimes but the bar has already been set by others that have come before you. If subscribers cancel it's your fault not theirs.

After days of banging my head against the wall I have finally given up and cancelled my account, what really pisses me off is that they hyped this 1.2 patch so much and not only did I not get to play it, it made my game unplayable. Sometimes we gamers take it pretty hard on the chin from the producers that we love.

Bro, I didn't just say it was terrible I pointed out ares where it was inadequate by comparing to othe crew skills such as cybertech. Maybe if you read forumn posts in a real attempt to communicate, not just troll that wouldn't have flown right by your head.

Absolutely, as far as end game goes, armstech is a real bad crew skill to have.

In my opinion Armstech could use a buff. The fact that biotechs and cybertechs can create columni level gear, while the best weapons in the game that armstechs produce are below Tionese level strikes me as imbalanced. More interest would be generated from crafting gear if armstechs could make better guns. The scopes that they make also could use a buff, for example the ability to make scopes that are the best in the game usable only by armstechs, similar to in WoW how a jewel crafter could have 3 epic gems that were usable only for him.

Some really great posts on this thread so far, lets keep em coming people. Lately I have been buying artifact level companion gifts on the GTN for around 5k and selling them back for 10-15k. The only problem with doing this is of course that you are not guarantyed to sell anything.

The interface of the GTN is terrible. Thats for sure.

On my main I plan on doing so, I've heard that there are excellent drops to be had from doing so. However I am more interested in learning money making tips for 1-49.

So slicing is a highly desirable crew skill than, eh? Problem with that though is that I would have to give up a crew skill that I am using to level a crafting skill I have.

How is everyone making their money in this game? On my main I sold my excess crafting mats that I didnt use on the GTN for a moderate to above average price. This generally kept me hovering after all my expenses at 100k credits (I was buying speeder trainings, and leveling my armstech skill). Some of my guildies in comparison have been floating around at 5 million + creds, so obviously Im doing something wrong. Any suggestions on other ways to make creds?

Is it advisable to grind warzones to 50 to be an effective pvper? If I wanted to do nothing but flashpoints and missions from 1-50 would I find throwing my hat into the pvp ring at 50 completely unenjoyable. How important is it to have a pvp spec while grinding warzones?

Interesting observation, so you think Blizzard is switching to a younger demographic with WoW? That would explain the timing of the release of Diablo 3, which would no doubt be geared to their adult market.

WoW set the bar for MMO excellence, the numbers don't lie, millions of fans didn't come from no where. If you think that you the WoW hater are so much smarter than the hordes of WoW fans than you are just arrogant. In some ways SWTOR has met that standard and in other ways has raised that bar as well. Regarding the aspects where SWTOR comes up short, like the interface for instance, there is plenty of aspects of the game to enjoy while the designers compensate and or correct for that. So whats really the point of all this arguing over WoW vs. SWTOR. Im playing SWTOR because I think it's a really great game, that has depth, and after 6 years looking at a WoW screen was giving me no joy at all. Everyone agreeing with the simple opinions I have expressed here is not neccesary.
